skimoose
Moose, where do you ride that beauty? Last night I stayed local at little old Mount Southington for CT Ski Council Monday Night Club races (GS). All I can say is Holy Crap! I've never had a ride that handled like this monster. I chose the Berteletti because it had an incredibly tight SCR, and it paid off. The board easily turned tighter than every gate set. I had to actually back off on several gates to keep from turning too tight. Even though I'm off this week, I'm still "on call" until Wednesday, so I'm hoping to head up to Okemo or Killington for some long rides on Friday. I've ridden other brands, but after riding last night, I'm hooked on Donek. Sean, thanks for building awesome rides!

k2slopesurfer
all these comments about her ankles and nipples, and inserts, and all, but all i keep seeing is what looks like a toilet upon which she is sitting?!?! is that a reminder for your heelsides? Buell
Finally got it all together. I will start with these (L to R): A custom 11m sidecut 158 Prior BC hybrid rocker splitboard. It is designed for steep lines during corn season on the volcanos. Normal splitboard sidecuts (7.5m to maybe 9m) have a tendency to drift down the slope, at a pretty high rate of speed sometimes, and I am expecting the shallower sidecut will give me more edge bite and control on the steeps. Buell
Then there are these. First I will say, Hans Kessler builds serious boards. It is unlike any other board I have ridden (I have not ridden them all, yet) and it is no wonder his boards win so many WC races. All the complex aspects of its design work together seamlessly and the performance is incredible. Hans is also an incredibly nice guy to work with who, if he is in town, answers his own phone and responds to his own emails. The black one is a stock 168 Kessler we got from Bola at the end of last season. It is incredible! Rebecca's riding went up several notches. What is amazing is how beefy it seems. I expect this board would ride just fine for someone much heavier than either of us. Supposedly I will also get to ride it.;) A huge thanks to Bola (and Hardbooter too!) for being so generous to ship out Kesslers for demo! (Note, the stock 162 SL is quite a bit too stiff for me at 145 pounds but this 168 Allaround is a perfect flex) The white one is my 162 SL custom. Ptex topsheet. The blue one is Rebecca's 162 SL custom. Ptex topsheet.

Istvan
Tell us more, Frank. What is this? New F2 race deck + plate designed by Herr Dietzel?
*Ace*
Does that plate flex that much that it needs to have the Virus Dampening plates under the bindings to prevent point load? Curious to see why your plate has the nose extension on it too...
Istvan
I knew you were hiding something in the back of your truck the other day in Sölden....
Ladia
The board looks slightly asym to me. Also interesting it looks like there will be 2 kinds of plates, nose and noseless.
pokkis
Some more master work by Bruce, new NSR+'s Been now some serious days with both of these boards. I was so happy and convinced that my 177 NSR 23 would have been ultimate board, but now i must say that i got something even better Darn, this new 177 NSR+ 23.5 is even more smooth and more nice ride. This is more than dream, i love this board, so dont wonder if you see me eating with board during break. Also that my "race" version with asym core is awesome, if you make mistake with pole either you corect it or boards does it for you, feels like i'm cheating Neext pole practice on saturday again, tomorrow is day for my wide love Same kind comments are valid for whole bunch of Coilers (VSR's and NSR') we got here for Christmas from Father Bruce :)
Mike T
Also that my "race" version with asym core is awesome, if you make mistake with pole either you corect it or boards does it for you, feels like i'm cheating Agreed, my NSR+Asym 182 is a new level of "cheater board"
lowrider
Congratulations on the plates Cyrus very European look! I'm with you on the nose extension but it seems to be an uphill battle on this side of the pond. Any thought on dumping the UPM standard and using something that actually works better? Lowrider
pokkis
So what would me better standard than UPM? I agree that it does not fit for narrow boards like my 17cm wide Coiler NSR but still like to hear better options??
Ladia
With a generous help of my friends Jana, Michal and Frank I got new toys for my 50th birthday. The board is unbelievable. I cannot wait to put it on the snow over weekend. There is a small problem. Doctor found broken bone in my right foot yesterday. I took “only” two months to find out. It has been hurting like a hell but I was able put 12 days on the snow. Maybe with some painkillers, Ibuprofen, moon boot and ice and will be able to postpone obvious. Well I guess I am really old fart falling apart. :(
