Jack M
^ What the actual heck?? And I thought my Kessler 185 (12-21m) was ludicrous speed! Enjoy! Lookout below!!
GeoffV
18-25m dang where are you riding that? On a football field? My 185 KST takes up the entire trail at 45mph. It yells at me when I am doing 25mph. With 18-25m you have to get up to some serious speed before you can tilt that sucker over.
snowwjob1
It must be difficult to put on pants with brass b@@@@ that big! I think you might get 4 turns in from top to bottom at revelstoke. It's like 4500 vertical! I would have liked to see it at the turning comp at Montuky! You may have got 1 in.

Mr.E
Sounds totally reasonable. Been thinking something along those lines myself. I'm sure it will treat you right!

Hey @Jack, I'll tell you what I tell the curious kids on the gondola: "It's not about the speed, it's about the turn!". 3 hours ago, GeoffV said: With 18-25m you have to get up to some serious speed before you can tilt that sucker over. @GeoffV, I'll tell you what I tell the ladies: "It's not too big, it'll work just fine". Seriously, I'm not trying to compensate for anything, I just want more g-force. 2 hours ago, snowwjob1 said: It's like 4500 vertical! @snowwjob1: Ahem... It's 5620 vertical feet... 2 hours ago, lonbordin said: We'll want video as is tradition. @lonbordin: I'll see what I can do. 49 minutes ago, dredman said: That would have been fun in Sundance Bowl on Thursday! @dredman: almost any decent board would have been a blast in Sundance Bowl on Thursday! But yeah, the bigger the better if you have the legs. 3 minutes ago, Mr.E said: Sounds totally reasonable @Mr.E gets it. Don't forget that the longer a board is, the longer the sidecut radius needs to be to keep the sidecut depth somewhat consistent across the different sizes. This radius on a 175 would be ridiculous but it's right in the ballpark for a 194. Remember also that the difference in sidecut depth between 20m and 22m is a whole lot less than the difference between 10m and 12m. This raises a discussion topic for another thread: "Be it resolved that sidecut depth is a better predictor of turn size than sidecut radius." Debate amongst yourselves. All doubts will be settled by 9am tomorrow...
Popular Post Corey
Looks sick James, have fun! To others: James can bend any board. He's like the Chuck Norris of alpine. When he pushes a board, the earth curves around him. 5 4

TimW
Would definitely be too much board for me! I had a Kessler 185 which felt ok-ish when it was soft so it would flex, but on hard snow I just needed too much speed to my liking. But 25m scr, respect! Freezer
First day on the Swoard and I like it. It’s a very neutral board to ride, great edge hold, softer flex than the Coiler ECVC. Works well carving steeper runs. 1

lowrider
After 4 top to bottom runs @ Turner on the Skwal I was glad to have my two planks to scout out the rest of the cliffs before I took a wrong turn and fell off the world. You will now be able to do top to bottom without pit stops !
