  1. did you sell it ? if not, shoot me a message. i know someone who wants this. someone in the states - less hassle.
  2. Hi Sandy, I will definitely be buying one or a few if they aren't all rocker. Are there traditional, full camber profiles ? Mix ? I saw some other threads about this but did not pay attention if this was already addressed. Thanks, Dave
  3. Some Int'l teams probably training in the Valley at that time of year. Always amazing to watch.
  4. You're welcome, Jack. Please know how grateful all of us are for what you have done. You really stepped up when needed most and we appreciate it. I'm a total loner by nature (i.e., road biker) and normally can take or leave social this that or the other, but I must admit for the time that Bomber went away there was a void. Glad to help. With my height and big feet, I have been on Tankers (187 and 200) and a Hazelwood (200) for awhile now and 181 is sort of like a CTS wheelbase to an older Fleetwood. Still a Cadillac but it's all relative, you know.
  5. All yours, Carvedog. Thanks, of course. Just pm'd you and I will look for a message Monday. Til then...........
  6. Burton Supermodel 181 in excellent condition. 3 hole pattern. big board with lots of float makes a nice, low cost, early and late season option ( i.e., rock board ?). Really very nice condition, in all respects. Jack will appreciate You , even if he cringes at the idea of actually purchasing a Burton. Lower 48 only and the Hedgehog stays with me. For a great cause!
  7. very representative of any of their live performances. very refined sound and amazing musicians, all of them.
  8. Thievery Corporation is amazing. Sets that they did in D.C. Martini bars about 15 or 20 years ago are legendary around here. The Persian influenced stuff with Loulou are my favorites.
  9. I like the rear view angle, sometimes. I pretty much put any open source music to it to get rid of the horrid scritch and scratch. Some of my older boots make a bunch of noise too. one of these angles have my camera affixed to the side of my boot, pointed "up". @ 1:03. i gotta try more with that.
  10. Shawndoggy was the first person that I saw post from this perspective. Loved it ever since. Probably a little too much. I personally use a bead of clear silicone around any mount on the surface of the board. Works well in the cold cold, where adhesives have failed. I have walked back up the line a few times. Never fully lost a camera yet, though.
  11. tore mine pretty significantly at a trampoline park with my kids June 2017 and set up the surgery straight away. procedure was August 1, 2017 and i would have scheduled even sooner than that were it not for a long planned trip to Australia, last July. i think Jack is correct to point out that repair is not really an elective. strengthening, orthotics, etc. won't help do an end run around that one, imo prior to repair, my experience was a fairly constant low grade pain coupled with an occasional and excruciating (and unpredictable) pain that came out of nowhere. it really shut me down for awhile. post repair, things are good. i had a decent season this past winter and no issues at all. best of luck Eboot. hope it goes just as well for you.
  12. I guess I am the one Epic pass buyer who doesn't drive past? I agree with you - I hope Vail has no interest. Seems unlikely given that there is no fake "euro village" to exploit. All respect to those in real euro villages, of course.
  13. Super Smart. Pokkis has a big brain, for sure. spellcheck would have changed it to bug brain. nice.
  14. i have a poplar (cottonwood) in the back yard that is dead from a lightning strike a few years ago and the woodpeckers are hammering away. great percussionists, those woodpeckers. cool when they sync up.
  15. such a great deal ! sadly, too small for me. someone should snap these up.
  16. Like the title States. PayPal $75 to me, $50 donation to the site and I will ship them out tomorrow or the next day. Donation will be in your name
  17. If you are in Manhattan and need some exercise, there are decent bikes for rent all around Central PK, all hours (not Citibikes). Laps in Cpark are 6 miles +\-. Only cars are cops, etc...... I do this whenever I am there because I do not go to bars and I find it to be very relaxing. $20 or $25 well spent. Never mugged in NYC, myself. Baltimore, on the other hand.........l
  18. Since you may not be needing that particular board.........your friend could post it in For Sale and the rest of us could compete for it.
  19. I will buy them. will PM you now. thanks.
  20. That is something that I will look forward too, EMDEE. I am there at least twice a season for several days (7-8 days at a time)and I will let you know a few weeks ahead of time. When I am in Utah I have only free time. Very flexible schedule. I like to do laps on Parley’s or Mercury while waiting for others to get started in the morning. Then they show up and I switch boards (sometimes boots) to ride allmtn or trees, usually. That is my normal UT day. Anyone can ride my boards, too. You can jump on a Pogo, Hazelwood, Tanker or Kessler 185. Looking forward to it. Thanks Emdee
