This this is pure sex, might be the tanker killer in bigger sizes, we will see! @bobdea I am LOVING the look of that matte black Coiler! Gorgeous! Other than the generous width, what are the other dimensions? Sidecut etc? I love Hammerheads, and just wondered how a custom Coiler would compare to a Korean/Japanese import? Thanks! snowwjob1
A new 150 Flux for my wife for Christmas. I can't let her show up to Montucky without proper equipment. The nomad is for myself. I got talked in to needing a tree board.

daveo
Damn that hurts. Congrats, you'll love it. Don't load the nose, though... It's not a typical carving board!! Love the graphic on the flux BTW. I thought the nose and tail had a bit less rise. Did you alter those or is it just a photo illusion thingy? snowwjob1
Correct. The nose and tail were lengthened.

b0ardski
Mark showed me that monster he created when I dropped the bx off for a tune-up the other day, just a joke, kessler is using the same material for topsheets now Edited December 25, 2018 by b0ardski

It should actually help insure this material will be available in the future. Edited December 25, 2018 by Algunderfoot

Corey
No idea what it is, but it's translucent and iridescent. Looks really cool, and supposedly it's quite tough.
daveo
I guess that's just H Kessler getting back at literally the whole industry copying every element in his snowboards.

Yes, I'm curious as to why anyone needs both these boards. I'd better relieve the owner of one to ease the burden.
bigwavedave
No tricks. Looks the same material. More like a linear fabric. Anyone who got a Kessler recently seems to have this. This Kessler is the only other board I saw with this topsheet material out of about 80 SL race boards at the Buck Hill RTTC last week. The Thirst is my 162SF, delivered last summer. Daveo, I just posed the two boards here to show the similarity of the topsheet material, the Kessler's not mine. I sold my both my 162 Kessler and 163 SG.

I'm curious about the relative characteristics of all of these, in particular smoothness/ability to reduce bumpiness/dampness.
