Corey
I've been watching 'Body Break' campaign ads on infinite loop. They're really motivating me to start soon!
Corey
Ok, really, I'm lifting weights. I've added some interval sprints recently, then got sick for the last 2 weeks and had to back way down on the weights and cut the intervals altogether. Lame. pmorita
Saving money for lift tickets for the family. Crazy what they are going for now.
Bobby Buggs
Been doing intervals on the elliptical and sprints. Best thing I found for +50 people to get yer work in within a limited time. No hour of cardio for me.

I'm mountain biking a lot while the weather cooperates, but not on my MB3 :-)

Aracan
Cycling to work and taking the stairs, two steps at a time. I believe that fatigue is nature's way of telling me to improve my technique, not my condition ;-) Edited October 25, 2016 by Aracan
Tugboater
Working on my core with bodyweight exercises and my cardio. It's more prepping for life but being in shape for snowboarding is a side benefit.

Bobby Buggs
Do you go weekdays?, I might be willing to come down there, never been
Tugboater
I go as much as possible on weekdays. With the boat schedule it's pretty easy. Mohawk is a bit smaller and narrower than the Beast but it's close to home.
