carvingchef
That is awesome! What is Sean charging for the Split Log? i don't know what Sean calls it, i called it the "SPLIT LOG" because it did not have a name, you need to talk to Sean about price, i don't think size and shape would change the price that much but material does, metal, non metal, bamboo core, carbon top-sheet, etc. you get the idea, give him a call if you are really interested

Following that methodology I suppose this would be a "Swallowtail Log" , "Powder Log" , "Swallow Log" ??
Sultan Guy
Custom Donek Rev 157! My new SL boardThe Carbonium top-sheet looks amazing. Carbonium?? No such thing.
NSSage
Carbonium?? No such thing. Thats just what they call it. I think Never Summer created it, it looks like carbon fiber. Donek uses it on the Rev race boards. http://www.google.com/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=never+summer+carbonium&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-

Boots are new as well :) Wow what is the waist width on the Oxess... almost looks like a skwal. Really nice, I have never rode an oxess but they look great I just don't have enough money to buy a $1900 board I'm happy with Donek, Kessler, and F2 :)

To be honest I wouldn't pay 1900 bucks for that board either I could buy this for half the price from a stuff member of Oxess who rode the board just a couple of times :) My Black Pearl and the Kessler are second hand as well which were used last year for competitions. The F2 is the only board I bought brand new for this season.

I have the F2 speedster as well and I love it

Mike T
rad board. crazy tight (6.5m!). had it out yet? curious how they work. i imagine it'd be a tree & chute slayer; wonder how it works when you open it up. Definitely a tree slayer! I've had it out 4 days, just as fun out in the open as in trees. I haven't had it in anything uber-deep, light, and bottomless yet but those conditions are rare here at Mt Bachelor. It's the opposite of many alpine boards: get one the nose and it goes straight and fast, ride the tail and it turns stooped hard in any kind of snow. Works rather well with the human self-defense mechanism when in trees! Just amazing for slashy turns. It also does better than other powder boards I've had when not in powder, great in shallow crud, and fun if a little interesting on groomies (short SCR makes it interesting...) D.T.
How come my posts got deleted? Did I broke any rules??? From the Rules and Guidelines for this Forum page, I'm guessing your post violated the rules: Images which might be considered sexually provocative or offensive to others must not be posted nor referenced (hyperlinked). tastar
Thanks guys for explaining! I had similar suspicions, but just could not comprehend that board graphics as offensive... peace...
WEBSIGHT360
It amazes me that a naked girl is considered offensive, yet the orgy of violence online, and on TV, and the movie screens, is for the most part ignored.
leeho730
I believe it makes people nervous because it kinda reminds people of what their father and mother did to give birth to them....
poutanen
Yep, not that this forum is the first to have that kinda policy... But nudity should NOT be considered offensive. We're the only animals that feel we have to cover ourselves to be "decent".
jskyhawk
It's funny because you probably wouldn't be having this conversation if this site was hosted in any country except USA. I don't think many of the outsiders realize how sensitive US Citizens are in respect to nudity.

I don't think many of the outsiders realize how sensitive US Citizens are in respect to nudity. I don't think it's just US thing, there are quite a number of snowboard site hosted other than US I know and I am pretty sure top sheet designs like that are likely to be censored. Besides, we don't want to Potentially upset what few females carvers we already have here... Well... I was thinking of using penthouse model as my top sheet design but I guess that won't be shown here....
~tb
So . . . I will own up to being the person who flagged the question posted and request it be removed. It is my desire and hope that we maintain the forum in a way that is conducive to both viewership at work as well as viewership while my wife, daughter, mother or grandmother is reading over my shoulder. The image there in did not meet this criteria, would be a fireable offense if I pulled that up on my lunch break or on my mobile phone and could land me in the doghouse with ANY of the women in my life. There are plenty of other sites to go to if that is what you want to see. Sure, the "board" in question might have been mighty fine looking just not in line with what I thought the forum is meant to be. If this is the game to be played, it would open the door for putting any picture on the outline of a snowboard and calling it fair game. Just my 2 cents, but also not a coward
Puddy Tat
I've considered putting my own junk on a board as a custom topsheet, but it'd be too small to ride.
