eajracing
Looks scaryfast Kurt. I like it. When are you gonna find time to ride the horned beast?
big canuck
You know what the craziest thing about the Monsters is? You can ride them pretty slow too. They flex so easy you don't have to be doing Mach Scnell. They can be super turny at much slower speeds than the size would suggest and the edgehold is superb with the quality of the board and length of edge. Rewind 4-5 years ago I was all about SL boards for how turny they are and how cofident I felt on them, the first day I rode Plankenschtein I was doing turns as tight as my SL boards. Doesn't make sense but the confidence those things inspire is magic. Yes, I have ridden the Horned Monster (probably have 4-5 1/2 days on it), its sick. I rode some of the steepest pitches I've ever ridden at Nakiska 2 Thursdays ago. Very turny, unreal edge hold, damp and the thing looks so bad ass. Now the biggest challenge is deciding which boards to ride!!!:D PS: Cuban, hope we can hook up next season, always a good time

big canuck
I have ridden the Apex. Very nice board, it's really quiet and smooth. It's def a gs board though, you have to get it up to speed before it wants to turn. If you want to bring it around in a hurry on the steeps you need to give'r For it's intended purpose it's super nice. Not quite as turny as I generally gravitate to. It's a 16 m scr. Fit and finish is top shelf.
