Mine was the coffee...love the bean :1luvu: The idea came from another board I saw on here last year with the grains of rice (DMC perhaps?) so I thought , "hey I can do that with coffee!" At first I just wanted all beans...then I talked to the graphics guru Stephen Fleck who with a wonderful artistic eye, suggested a few more things and made the rest possible...will post up photos after I get it :D

I like the contrast in colours on your though and the "coiler" font is awesome! You get the 21cm waist?

I wear a 27 boot, and ride about 55, 53 so opted for the 20 cm. I sent that font to one other member on here, so it might make another appearance on another board.

I just finished an initial tune between writing up a research paper... very therapeutic when one is under the gun! No offense to Chris, but the build quality of the Coiler is superior to my Prior 4wd in every way visually. We'll see how the ride compares, although it's comparing apples and oranges I suppose. I'd be curious to do a back to back of a FLC at some point if anybody in AB has one.

OT: order some coffee from Transcend in Edmonton, 49th Parallel in Vancouver, or Social Coffee (out east somewhere). You'll be blown away. I roast my own now, but all 3 produce some amazing brew!

Pokkis who makes the plate on the white board?

Mike Tinkler is in production currently. 495$ I believe he is about a month out. Place an order with half down and the rest when completed but prior to shipping of course. I rode one of the final protos end of last season, it worked very well. I look forward to using the final product on one of my favorite Tinklers soon. Final production plates have integrated flex adjustment. This gives additional options of "how much" flex you want and where the "bottom" is, very handy. Bryan

...meaning "Stix" build in? How they works if build in?

\Carbon& metal or Carbon only..?

What's the width/specs?

Cool board...

Thx for sharing,

RT

Snow Stix inserts installed during construction. Owner did not (yet) purchase the Snow Stix. He wisely chose to have the inserts built into the board.

I just wrote to ask Mike to confirm. My best recall is 180cm length, 19.5cm waist, 10mm taper, 12-24 blended scr.

I have not seen this board in person yet. I hope to this week. If I do I will get some of my own photos of it outdoors if possible. It was built for a local Mt Hood rider. I hope to see it in action very soon. The owner is not a BOL member.

My new "Uber Stiff" Tinkler new shape racer has arrived. This is my "Feeling Strong" and "Brave" board. :eplus2: It is the stiffest board I have felt short of my one off Identity blem Carbon Race. Two additional layers of carbon fiber. Hope I am up to it. :freak3:

It is on the far left in the group photo.

Nice group shot! Reminds me of that group photo of all of TVR's Virus boards all lined up.

What is on the counter, take some rips before the pics? :ices_ange

With the super stiff construction on the new board...did you alter the camber, or is it similar to the other Tinklers you own? Just curious because my super stiff Virus has like 35mm of camber!!!

When I see this Tinks pics :lurk::lurk:

Glad I didn't sell my 202 full system. Have to ride that board this season. When I ride the board, always a big grin from ear to ear.

When Mike was looking the "Quiver" over he suggested that we should

throw a plate on one of the long boards and see how well it worked or what it would do to the ride?

That is my original 202cm (on the far right) and then a 203cm, although they are very close in shape. The nose is different and the waist is slightly wider and the 203 is both metal and stiffer.

Brian, That new board and plate combo looks sick! (in a good way) :biggthump. Nice collection of Tinklers! Hope you have fun on all of them. Tom

I don't ride the wide TNT much. I plan to set up a "FIRM" soft boot set up on it , perhaps with a plate and see how that goes. There is allot going on on that board. :eplus2:

Yes, it has a rather complex profile, fair amount of camber between the bindings then flatter, then very slightly rockered toward the tip and tail.

Shame on you for even suggesting such a thing!! :angryfire :(:nono: :)

I love the look of that wide TNT...... Makes me want one. Maybe in a couple of years.
