i talked to guy last night who crashed into a race gate last February. He broke both of his legs, had to have a extensive ankle rebuild, that included taking muscle from his thigh and using it in his ankle. did i mention i saw him snowboarding yesterday in hard boots? i was impressed, to say the least.

Hey guys, were one of you out at afton on the 28th? i saw a fellow in soft boots who had both feet forward, and said he usually rode hard boots. who was it any one on here?

i just read about them this morning. i'm super into the idea of them, and would probably buy a pair, if i wasn't thinking about buying a new board, instead... *cough* i just hope they have good demand, so i can possibly buy them at a later time.

i'm gonna have to think about it. it looks like a good board, but upon looking up the specs, it's a little heavy for me (i weigh 150 lbs/65 kgs)

hmmm.... thanks guys. it sound, to me, like i just need to have some one watch me more than any thing; i already fallow a lot of what your guys are saying, and i'm wondering if i'm just being my own worst critic. (now that i think about it i'm basing all of this off of when i was fallowing my ski racer friends line, in soft boots) Regardless, i'm still going to practice and write down all of this (i take notes to read on the chair lift) Thanks guys! Okay, so i think i have a problem get edge with my whole get quickly from edge to edge. i've noticed it's a particular problem on the steeps. What change can i made to my set up to help speed up my transitions? *last year i was riding on ski boots, and i didn't feel like i was having as much trouble getting from heel to toe, like i am this year on my deeluxe t700s and it just feels like i need a adjustment to my set up to get some of leverage back... i have catek bingings btw.

i ride a duck stance on softies 32/-16 it works for me

a guy i work with was just telling me about this board... i guess i'd like to know a little more about how this magne trac thing works... but seriously, i don't think i've ever met a park kid who really cared about carving... at least if they did, they never showed it in their riding... and why does it have a sintered base if it just going to get smashed on rails and boxes any way?

how much is it to get into buck hill? i've never been there...

i ride both. i use them if i'm ever feeling the park, or if i'm riding with some one who isn't very good at snowboarding.... or if i just feel like it. expect weak heel side carves lots of heel lift on the toe sides. i'm actually thinking about buying another softy board (k2 World Wide Weapon)

and btw i was working with around chair 16 today, and yeah, that hill is retarded idk why but afton has lot of those random bumps this year

i'm a great lifty at afton! lol i was working their today, and i though (just by walking on it) the snow seemed sub par. too soft for my liking. is MES gonna be there this year, too?

i like the completely independent intake manifolds... but really, what are you going to do with 500+ torque? you'd never be able to put that all to the wheel at once
