Mike's custom build includes the TNT (Split Tip N Tail Design) along with the newest version of carbon Snow Stix. Carbon top layer, UPM and 4x4 patterns. Narrow, stiff and a full Tinkler System board!! Looking forward to getting the plate set up on it and get some turns in on it. I did get to ride a similar board Mike built for himself a couple weeks ago and it was pretty sweet. I'm baffled by the construction of your new Tinkler. How is the split formed without exposing the core? Clearly it wasn't a Sawzall...possibly the laser table in Goldfinger? This is going to bother me until I'm informed! It is a sweet looking ride. In my mind, I keep wanting to see a tripod-mounted Gatling gun on the front. Haven't seen the board in question but usually the board would be constructed with an ABS inlay similar to the sidewall material and then slit after it's cured. I will see if I can create a drawing to explain, may take too much time to do with limited digital drafting skills.
