  1. The sole looks almost identical to the original Point series soles. However, they have more grip.
  2. Snowboard Hardboot Point.951 Sole by Mountain Slope AG, Switzerland
  3. We are working on a step-in system which will work with the other boots as well without adjustment. Our own system, not be like the Intec setup.
  4. These people will be disappointed.... Or maybe not Our partner is the original developer of the .950 shoe. The changes we have made will make a better boot than the .950... It sure wouldn't make sense to keep everything the same with a 20+ year old boot. and a bit more information: - We are starting with size C but we will have sizes A, B, C and D available in stores for Fall 2017 - We plan to make other sizes at a later date - Like the old .950, they are not intec compatible but we will be making a step-in system at a later date
  5. Here is one of our new moulds (this is for the sole) for the size C boot.
  6. I'm curious if any of you have a favorite brand or type of Hardboot liner. Please share it here and your reasons why. Thanks in advance :)
  7. Wow amazing videos! Thanks for sharing Pat... if anyone could remove the Burton mindset of "Snowboarding is for people aged 15-25... then you're too old" (How often have I heard from people "Nah! I'm too old to snowboard") if ANYONE could change that mentality... it would be you Pat! Wow!!!

  12. Hello Alexey! We are interested in kids snowboards for our kids. Do you have a website= BTW, cool Alice and Wonderland theme
  13. Hey WinterGold, I can give you an update on our progess in December. What about the Italian guys? Do you mean the National Team Athletes? Greetings
  14. Hello Neil, My post was directed towards the OP (olshitsky). I had originally wrote him a PM... also I apologize if my response has offended you in some way. I was actually replying to a later reply the OP posted. " Any activity worth doing is worth learning about in detail. So I welcome all the info...and the polite nature." I thought maybe he would be interested in knowning about the higher end gear some people ride. As for your quoted price of $4000... I'm pretty sure the new ones won't cost that much
  15. Hey OP.... I wrote you a few mails last week but no idea if you saw them in your forum inbox. Hubby rides professionally and his gear is: Board: Kessler Binding: F2 Titanium Plate: Allflex or Vist Boots: Northwave Point.950
  16. Hey Atom Ant, We live in Graubünden on the border of Italy. We live at the bottom of the summer glacier "Stelvio" (Swiss/Italy) and is generally open from June until November every summer and costs around 35€ for a day pass and they offer combo packages as well with hotel or multipass. The drive is around 4 hours from Zug to Stelvio. Kaunertal Glacier in Austria is also well loved in our area and is around 3 hours from Zug. Schnalls Tal in Italy is around 4.5 hours from Zug. http://www.bergfex.com/stilfser-joch-ortler/ Once the summer season is over, we generally purchase an "Ortler Arena" season pass for around 400€ and valid for the Mischuns in Switzerland, and all resorts in Italy from the border of Austria past Meran in Italy. Our favorites are Schöneben, Watles, Sulden and Haider Alm. These areas are also only around 30€ per day pass. The Ortler Arena resorts are also around 3 hours from Zug. http://www.ortlerskiarena.com/en/skiing-in-italy.html Hope to see you on the slopes Greetings from Mustair valley Jennifer
  17. Hey Guys! Does anyone know what's going on with http://www.yyzcanuck.com/ ??? Their site has been down (expired) for about a week and haven't been able to contact them. Are they still around or have they closed up shop? Thanks in advance
  18. Really? Not me? Well I have no idea what I would do with hazelwood anyways. I am sure it won't help make new boots
  19. No. Those guys are from Italy. We are from Switzerland
  20. Dear fellow Alpine Snowboarders... Thank you for your interest in the Point.951 project. Honestly, I was surprised to come across this thread since it is summer and I haven't checked on the Bomber Forums in quite awhile. Yes, it is true. We are working on a new boot project together with the original Point.950 developer. You can check and like our Facebook site to get news regarding our Point.951 project: https://www.facebook.com/AmmannSnowboardGear/ You can also get more information on our online shop: http://mountainslope.ch/webshop/
  21. We now have brand new Mondo 19,5 Lange Skiboots and a very small Elfgen binding (both fit perfectly together) Do any of you awesome experts have a suggestion for a good beginner board? Hopefully a race alpine board and not a free style one. My son will be 6 in April and is around 115cm tall. Hubby is looking for a board bigger than 90cm, but smaller than 110cm. Also a board with an edge would be preferable. Thanks in advance :) Jennifer
  22. Thanks for the new UPZ pics... very nice
  23. PS... We've tested the back bail with Northwave and UPZ boots. A few of the World Cup riders have also commented that the back bail is more direct and precise steering. Greetings Jennifer
  24. Hey guys! Just posting an update regarding our F2 binding project. We now have completed the new 6mm back bail production and are availble to anyone who wants a set. Greetings, Jennifer
