  1. Wow, that looks like a huge accident waiting to happen. I'd say those are trashed. I keep mine just tight enough that I occasionally need to use my other hand to assist. Not much help I know, but that's all I got for you. BTW, they always feel too loose to me in the house, I wait till they get to operating temp before adjusting them.
  2. This, http://www.btosports.com/p/230QUICK , makes just about any goggle helmet compatible. Couldn't find a better picture, but it's universal. You have these little buttons that adhere to your helmet. Motocross riders use them.
  3. You can try to drill some small holes around the perimeter of the insert, from the top down. Not through the ptex of course. Inject some epoxy into the holes and let it dry. Might just work. Used to do that on our race cars when we'd have a loose hard point in the carbon. Worked well for that.

    Mrm

Yes, I frequently go to Mud River. Especially since I managed to wrangle up a free season pass.
  5. Hope by the end of February it's settled down, heading to Jackson for 2 weeks.
  6. The race ones have cards in the spokes so they go brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrddddddddd down the course.
  7. Funny, I saw some skis like that the other day.
  8. I use my edge tuner set at 90 degrees, works well for me.
  9. Wow. Just wow... He might be gay? What are you going to do next? "Uhh, my dad can beat up your dad." Bwaaaahaaaaahaaaaa!!!!
  10. Don't forget about coil bind. If it's preloaded enough, you'll just shoot the rate to infinity, then you are relying on the flex of the boot cuff.
  11. Wow, now that's some preload. Looks like most of the flex would be from the boot itself.
  12. I'm pretty sure I'll never come to Killington again.
  13. The lift scenario is what worries me the most. I'm either trying to get comfortable, or smacking snow off my board with my free foot. I can just imagine hitting my toe bail just right and sending the board for a ride all on it's lonesome.
  14. I use a leash. I consider it cheap insurance in case something odd happens. Just saw an instructor, of all people, lose a board yesterday. Thankfully it missed several people. And I always clip it first.
  15. Oh hell yeah on the ninjas and bacon. And not that Canadian stuff either. Real strips of crispy fried bacon. I guess Canadian ninjas would be OK.
  16. You sound like a well seasoned Volvo owner. Bike tire, duct tape, throw in some tie wraps and that your typical Turbobricks emergency kit!!!
  17. Hell, I like to skid so much that I'll even do it on my butt. As I'm crashing. Into the trees.
  18. I know, I know, not focusing on the important stuff.... Mondo 27 boots? Wow, now I really feel like I have muchkin feet...
  19. Hah, I figured it was just to get past the forum censor.
  20. Wow, not for long with that 6 hour battery! Doh! Dude that sucks. Hope it's fixed quick for ya.
