Wouldn't say bad per se, seems like the rider is doing what he can given the stance available. I tend to ride my softboot setup with purely forward angles, allowing me to ride more forward facing.

I did that a lot when I lived in Ohio. Couple of trips to VT a year, driving, and a couple out west to WY or UT, usually also driving. I was lucky that I eventually had the option and means to move to UT. It's been tough at times, but worth it.

How is Snowbasin on the weekends? I have yet to visit the place.

I'm up there during the week, rarely weekends. Sadly I have to go out of town for a month and half. Once I get back in Feb, I'm free for the rest of the season, mostly. I never got around to buying a pass to any of the resorts here, so I'm not too tied down to any of them.

I don't have any equipment, but you might want to make sure that he is in fact a 25 mondo. I too wear a size 7 street shoe/boot, but I swim in a Mondo 25. I'm in a 23, with some minor boot fitting.

Subject to change, but I could very well be there on Sunday. Looks pretty likely right now.
