  1. Finally a fine groomer day! Had a great powerful group of riders today with lots of laughs and fun! BigDogDave and Johnasmo!
  2. Just what Johnasmo, BigDogDave and myself brought up to Whitefish for the day.
  3. Fun! John, Aaron, Dave B, Me BigDogDave throwing a power heelside
  4. Anyone around on Friday the 26th? Thinking on heading that way before WTF. Any tips on cheaper lift tickets? Cheers!
  5. Looking good! Got the boards waxed up. I should be up that way no later than the 28th.
  6. So... NICE starts today? When is the last day?
  7. Easy choice. Whitefish. Half the money, half the Altitude, 2x fun.
  8. If you mean this David... nope. Headed to Whitefish. I live in glorious Montucky...can’t hardly swing a dead cat without hitting a great inexpensive area with exceptional conditions. So a trip out east does not seem like a good investment in time. And I never tune my boards and I have no ice technique....
  9. Just where is this Coilerlandia you speak of?
  10. Montana...where all your dreams come true. Join us at Whitefish for WTF. The amtrack will bring you right to town. Airlines work too.
  11. Could you post pictures? Any damage, cracks, sidewall etchings. Why didn’t Robert get the board? Thanks!
  12. Come ride at WTF or NICE. Great folks, terrain and people. Riding with friends to watch and cheer you on is the best!
  13. Big Mtn (Whitefish) and Big Sky for carving. Turner Mtn for powder.
  14. Targhee only has 2 conditions. Epic powder or epic carving. Spent 3 winters there. One of my top 3 places to ride.
  15. If you weight your heel prior to pulling release, cables will last much longer. The walk of shame with boot still in binding and liner on foot should be avoided at all costs...
  16. I typically set binding angles so that I have no toe or heel overhanging the edge. So for each different width of board I will have different binding angles. For width, usually around 20 inches.
  17. Wish all of you and your families a wonderful day and New Year!
  18. So good to have you back here!
  19. Awesome! Thank you for the info and links!
  20. I would gladly be 2nd in line!
  21. I have been thinking about getting a Traeger type pellet smoker. I do love delicious bbq and smoked meats. Does anyone have any suggestions or experience with them? Features to be sure to get, brands/models to avoid? Seems like the Traeger ones are a bit over priced and there are very similar ones like Cabelas and such. Thanks!

  23. I stumbled on this today. Looks like it has some potential! There is a kickstarter to get this movie rolling. I have no affiliation with this and just wanted to share!
