  1. Wow, just noticed I was ignored in this thread. I'm 57 and just realized that Nigeria cares!
  2. Are you open to offers? I've always wanted a set, but I'm a poor man in a rich man's sport. Kipp Side note to administrators, what level do I have to be not to see ads for Kenny G? (I already have tickets, that guy really blows!)
  3. I want the VSR, how much to ship to USA Clinton, Utah 84015?
  4. Interested in the VSR, built for how heavy of a rider and what are the SCR specs? Put me first in line if it's a fit for me. Thanks
  5. PM'ed you with a lowball offer, the goats are healthy and the donkey is strong for its age.
  6. I like Outdoor Research, big hoods and lots of pockets. Powder skirts work well and they have: THE INFINITE GUARANTEE® Outdoor Research® gear is guaranteed to perform throughout the lifetime of the product. I've taken them up on this a couple of times and both replacements were a step up in price over the item I had replaced. (no cost to me) Both times was simply stitching coming loose (Goretex mittens from dragging the tips of my fingers and the back of a jacket from riding the lift.) and that was after 5+ years, they are awesome.
  7. I'm all for getting the most control from your boots and the two things you can do for a reasonable cost is to add BTS (boot tuning system) and booster straps.
  8. My favorite: Dakine super stomp
  9. I don't think many outside our group know what they are looking at when someone is railing a turn, watching most videos here the best make it look effortless even to me. They may melt or get churned under by the Bully at night but I try to leave my mark, plowing through chicken scratch and snowmobile tracks. Let others know you were there, style will come with making your turns "big and round".
  10. How much do you need for the 185? inserts for a plate?
  11. What year on the 185, I may be interested.
  12. Looks a lot slushy, I'd prefer that to my closed resort.

Sorry about my last post I seemed to get the Beans before the Frank somehow. I like the lyrics in this song while carving:

Bean and Frank- on a good day this is how I carve- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-xssnp7R51A Happy Turns, Bob Ross
  15. The harder I carve the more I go back to the"keeping my chest pointing towards the fall line" a skiing fundamental that took me 15 years to master. 50-60 times a year type skiing, I've spent the last 2 years of riding (my 17th year of hardbooting) getting back to this and I'm railing turns like a mad man. The best alpine snowboarding advise I've ever received was from Buell here- "stop touching the snow/ground !!!" Well I spent the day railing turns that I'd be proud to show anyone on this board in some of the most challenging conditions riding the first alpine snowboard I purchased from Sean (17 years old?) Donek AX, that's right an AX without the "ess". When in doubt my advise is to move your bindings forward and stay on that nose, things seem to come around just fine. This advise comes for a guy who thinks the biggest thrill is snapping turns off the tail of a board. Kipp
  16. Just put up a post for the board, if it's still available let me know how you want to be paid. Thank you, Kipp

Are you interested in the TD2 bindings?  I can do those for you, I just need to verify I have all the parts (can't recall if I have everything for them.  If you are interested, I'll go verify what i have and get back to you.

      Okay, thank you.

  17. I'd love to have it, always wanted to try one of Chris's boards. Might even learn to give it that mirror like finish.
  18. Eden would be close to the same distance as Mountain Green from the town of Ogden, but with a small two lane canyon road. They keep the road cleared but there can be snowy mornings that could make for a more difficult commute. If you were to chose Coalville you would be closer to Park City but getting up over Parleys Canyon (the summit and drive down into SLC can be downright treacherous) people drive way to fast for conditions, they're always a few wrecks every storm. Heber is a nice little town (not sure of the community there) but during storms the hill up into Park City can get difficult even in a four wheel drive.
  19. Sorry, Mountain Green and Coalville, Coalville will allow more room between homes but it is a small community.
