philw Posted March 11, 2015 Author Report Share Posted March 11, 2015 Apparently there should be a lot more snow there (same as a few other places...). But it was cool scenery, more mellow than the Alps, but wide open, some trees and some rocks. This place is 2 hours from Barcelona; I understand a couple more hours will get you to bigger tougher places. Overall Spain was significantly better than I'd expected: friendly laid back people who don't drive like dicks or blow smoke in your face; no crowds.
