  8. Vintage Burton PJ 7.1 Asym EC + bindings I bought this board from the Burton factory when living in Vermont and loading chairs as young man at Stratton Mountain over 20 years ago. I rode my Craig Kelly Air everyday. My PJ was only ridden a handful of times. If you can pick up local, I will throw in my old hard boots ;-) the board is vintage but in EC. $200 plus shipping (shipping ain't cheap. I checked to CA/WA and it was 200+ through UPS and 150 to CO. I am not sure if there is a cheaper carrier but I will use whoever the buyer prefers and charge actual shipping cost.) i have a 100% eBay and Gun broker seller rating :) thanks! michael

  12. http://www.ebay.com/itm/-/252139962119 THIS LISTING IS ON EBAY BURTON BOOTS MORE PICS ON THE EBAY PAGE For sale is a pair of used burton reactor alpine racing hard boots, used in good working shape. Vintage and hard to find quality boots that can take a beating. Size of the shells state 25.5 to 27 mondo sizing. The liners are 25.5 They should work for a guy sized 9-10ish american with appropriate fitting liners (make sure to check on your sizing before ordering). Adjustable position spring locking forward cant/ankle tilt that you can also release for easier walking. My understanding is that you might also be able to change out the springs for different compression. Has its scratches and whatnot but are fully functional. There are no cracks or issues with the shells, all straps work great. The 25.5 liners I did end up opening the ends of the boots with a knife to give a little more clearance for my toes. see pictures. They could easily be stitched shut if necessary (they were not cold for me) or you could get yourself a nice new pair of thermomolded liners. These are NOT ski boots. These are alpine racing snowboard hardboots to be used in special alpine snowboard racing bindings. These boots ship from southern Wisconsin. I will only ship to the lower 48 continental united states. Shipping is 25 dollars, so please factor that in while bidding. Paypal is the only accepted method of payment. Please message me with questions and happy bidding, no reserve questions email me at (without spaces) james j neitzel@gmail.com keywords burton alpine hardboots hard boots snowboard snowboarding racing carving boots hard boots snowboard racing burton reactor alpine racing boots snowboard boot

  17. I bought these boots at USASA Nationals in May 2013 and they are to small for my son. Molded once and Worn 8 days. We did go to a professional boot fitter to try and make them fit and boot fitter user a special tool to widened the boot shell a very small amount on sides and front. Son still couldn't handle the blisters. Boots were to small. So, I bought a size 26. We have box and all original packaging! Please Make offer.... Thanks,

  20. Mostly just because people do occasionally ask me where I learned to ride, and here's the answer. Actually I'm really rusty on plastic, but here it is anyway. <iframe src="http://player.vimeo.com/video/42090094?title=0&byline=0&portrait=0" webkitallowfullscreen="" mozallowfullscreen="" allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="360" width="640"></iframe>
  21. Hi everyone, I'm a long time lurker-first time poster who loves carving on my softboot setup. I also love riding powder. I've been snowboarding since I moved to Sweden from South africa 11 years ago. I have surfed my whole life but I reckon snowboarding is the board sport I love the most. Nothing beats the feeling of speed and g-forces you get when bombing down a slope pulling g's. And riding powder is as good as surfing a super glassy 6ft day at your favourite point break any day. Anyway after reading lots and lots of posts on the forum and all of the articles on the website I still have a couple of questions. I want to upgrade my equipment to get an even more carving orientated board that still works when I go heli skiing and riding the forests. The slopes I ride here are not as nice and wide as the ones I see you guys carving the guts out of in your videos so I have decided that a BX board is probably the best thing for me. I got to ride an F2 Eliminator 165 for a few days 2 years back and I still dream about those days. I got to ride freshly groomed corduroy, powder in the birch forests and nice big open glory powder heli ski slopes and I have never felt more in control or gone faster, steeper or carved harder. So that is the board I reckon I'll be getting to take my carving to the next level. I think in the future I will get an alpine board and hard boot set up. But until then I am wondering would it be possible for me to first get hard boots and ride them on the F2 Eliminator? The other question I have is: Can you use snowboarding hard boots with slalom skis? When I ride with my kid I like to sometimes ride slalom and if I could use hard boots for both snowboarding and skiing that would be great! Thanks for any advice.:)
