  2. Nice!!!!! J'aurais aimé voir Robert aussi. Je voyais vos lignes de loin Next time.
  3. End of season sale. With a total of less than 10 days on it. Amazing condition. Retail was 1000usd + shipping. Reviews: Looking for 500 + shipping. ####SOLD### Thanks
  4. Pis c'etait comment ? J'étais à Orford aujourd'hui. Vraiment beau. Spotted 2 gars en bottes dur sous les chaises. Quelqu'un ici?
  5. Cool board!!! Try Saint Sauveur. Riding the last 3 days . Snowing this morning. "Supposed" to go until end of may. Who knows. I know Saint Bruno closed yesterday. A bit early. Theres lots if snow remaining.
  6. Voted skateboarding as I was riding a plastic narrow yellow skateboard at 8. 2 years before beginning snowboarding. Stopped almost 10 years snowboarding. Regrets about this... But it's never too late right?
  7. I could sell every board but the Diamond blade and be very happy. I mean I tell every friend to buy it... But I'm happier with numerous
  8. Looks like we have similar quiver for some boards. My top one is now the Virus. I guess Ice coast conditions confirmed my needs. Very big scr but incredible ice hold. Back to back with the D.O. It's not even comparable. The Virus blows it. So much better edge hold. Speed transfering. Confidence inspiring. Like my titanal Jasey jay. Guess it's more of a personal story. Number 3 for me... Good board but finding the sweet spot on pure ice wasn't perfect. Diamond blade? For trying lots...the best for the $$$ bar none. QK (Quiver killer) I'm in "board-room" heaven. Every day I ride was incredible. Every different board gets is own personality to tame and learn. I truly enjoy this. Diversity. Spice of life. I don't take it for granted... My local place just close nights skiing. Bummer as I was going every 2 days. 5min from it. My other local place closed end of may. Might blow 70 time this year...
  9. Using El Hefes also but other Ride bindings. My local shop as all in stock Ride parts. Something very useful. Broke 3 just this year so very handy. Small parts easily changed. As for large boots, all my boards have risers. I guess you need +27.5 waist to eliminate boot out on a 29.0 boot with 25/15 angles. One thing I really noticed. The narrower boards are quicker edge to edge. More nimble and I like it also on some boards.
  10. Yes I think so. You're right. Looks like a very cool DVD to own. The other in the "series" the trailers aren't as good .
  11. Enjoy Tremblant. Yes not the best as of snow conditions this week and cold. St-sauveur was good the last 5 days but it's pretty small. Tremblant is the home mountain of Jasey Jay. Hope you can ride with him.
  12. Growth within "our sport". What does growth really mean too you? I see for the first few times advance carving courses at my home small local hills. 12 years old boys taking level advance or expert but not hitting the park but learning to carve. They even talk to that old man always going late at that home hill on the the swallow Fullbag and are interested. That's growth to me. They are learning fast...
  13. Finally got 2 days on it. Softer snow with received 70cm 3 days prior. Groomed snow. Hard pack on the evening Friday and softer conditions Saturday. Had the chance to try it back to back with the Virus. - Quality: Is awesome. Like a fine watch it's beautifully made and finished. The carbon finish and small beveled edge is a nice touch and you immediately sense the quality and it shows in the details. Couldn't stop almost everybody in chairs asking about it. The sun shining on the finish carbon is nice. -Performance: the first day was running 30/15 with 20mm risers. Immediately was washing out on softer snow with the back foot on laid out toe sides carved. Had to adjust to 33/22 with risers. With that it came alive. Turn initiation is a little slower than the virus but reminds me of it as they are closelly matched. The heel side carves are immediately locked in and leave you so much confidence to go further and further and lower. The board shine even more if you get a fast momentum going and spits you in the air with the big camber. Get some energetic compression and rebound and it's amazing. One carve comes to mind slightly uphill after a big heel side very low, airtime completely parallel to the snow going over on the toeside. Stokedddddd!! Kinda of board that us asking for more and you need to ride it hard. Very impressed by it. The sense of stability and assurance at speed reminds me of a metal board more damped. Very good selection of materials and ultra high performance. Slower carves are less forgiving than the Virus that us more flexible. For some reason the Virus as more edge hold on pure pure ice. Maybe the tune. All in all . A great board. And can't wait to work from here to get better and master it more. PS: sorry for my english. Always practicing
  14. Will watch for it. Sometimes on kijiji. Let's get them...
  15. 120 lbs guy is different than 220 pound guy.
  16. Snowboarding since 1987. JJA tbx metal is the revelation. Still my favorite... 4 years world champ. He knows is sh#$ Just need to get back in hardboots. Where the real performance is...
  17. 164XTT? lol extra large and titan. Liked the 159xt but I'm too fat for it and too short. The quest for the magic perfect grail board is never ending.
  18. Just got this... fullbag supernaut. Tree board/powder. Hope it snows as it rains every week... Sorry kinda late to the party but let me know how you like it. My favorite from 2019.
  19. I offer you 375$ but I'm living in Sept-Iles 14 hours away. If you meet me there I will pay you a Labatt 50 beer. But just one. Will substitute from the total of the board. After will offer maybe less. Is it a good deal? I think so.
