  5. Snowboarder Mag. ? yea right....90 % ads and all the Photos show Riders in the Air ? if they would call it Airboarder than I would have known years ago to never bother picking it up in the first place, and Transworld...yea...same thing ? 7. as far as here goes= 1st day Groom...your gonna go highside 2nd day groom...you might go highside 3rd day groom...Full speed ahead :) any snowfall of 2" or more, start over Its all good...but there is a reason why Racing is done on Hard Snow
  8. thats a Record...30" at our house in the last 24 Hours:1luvu:...last plowed the road at 2 A.M. and now putting on chains to try and clear our driveway and the road to town and lifts beyond...Surreal landscape this morning...no rush to the lifts as 2 ft. on all the mountains means slow openings and avalanche work plus you need 40 degree pitch to even get going when it is that deep so yea...pow stick would be a good idea :)
  9. after a great pow day, 14 inches on the deck railing and heading out to plow the road again...Stoked

  15. I measure MP 27.5 exactly...I have had Solomons ( two different styles ) size 9 1/2 for last 3 seasons...roughly 360 days usage. I just purchased some Burton Rampant boots...I ordered 9 1/2 first and returned them as the toes were touching:nono: The size 10 arrived today and I have them on...nice fit, extra on the ankle and will work great with my 3 straps... Stoked
  16. All the Turns are stored within :) so I use them as siding on the house
  17. 3. I hate the elitist, close-minded attitude of some people in our local hardbooting community. It's a huge turn-off for me. Need to give myself a bit of rest from it all. Or change community... Cheers Bart Through the 29 Years here in Aspen and at Milkland..as well as ALL the EXPRESSION sessions I have been able to SEE and WITNESS some of the best HB Carvers on the planet...I have also been able through the years to SEE and WITNESS SB carvers such as our own Son and Friends, as well as many others, such as at the X Games ripping Hard Carves down to their venues lower on the mountain...It is simply not True that HB allow a Better Carve or more Perfect Carve...Tracks are the Facts and the Facts speak the Truth, there are many here on this site that realize this also, so it is a great place to hang out and Share the Stoke of Carving Lines down the Mountains. Carving is such a JOY, and the Smile at the End of the Line should be All that Matters :)
  18. I remember watching Killy and Stenmark, they had excellent mechanics, yet in the end I believed it was their Vision and Anticipation that allowed them to do what they did...much like some of the great Major League Batters that SEE things, that others don't...just a thought :)
  19. this is a good example of Snowboarding on a Wave
