www.oldsnowboards.com
Any have any new Tinkler boards this season? Yes, At this point, I do not have the owners permission to post photos. Mike built several BX boards for some racers , I believe Mike posted some photos on his Twitter account. Mike is building a board for me. We have been waiting on developing design changes and mods. I am not in a big hurry to take delivery. Rather I would like to allow him to refine some details. I will post photos when it is done. I have hinted at some of the details in past posts. I am not really at liberty to explain. Sorry. Probably be another month or so before mine is ready. That should be about right. Mike is busy with a number of projects, yet he is available to build custom one off boards.
Hans
Thanks for the kind words. Busted the knee in a competition ballgame after 10 minutes 10 days ago against of course people who are at least 15 years younger than me. I still beat them but I stop with that. Becoming a referee. I can stumble around the house a bit. Within two weeks I go to a surgeon to hear what he has to say about it. Can't stretch my right knee in full so my GP thought of a damaged meniscus. Like to hear about that secret Tinkler boards. Thought I had something at the end of last season. Apparently Mike has again come up with something newer this season
Jack M
I haven't decided if I want to leave the protective vinyl layer over the topsheet to protect it from the careless locals or not, so it's in place for these pictures. Do you have clear plastic covers on your furniture too? ;) Take it off and bask in the glory, man!

Algunderfoot
Now I know allot of guys love a gal with a little meat on her bones....but I would be a little concerned about any rescue dogs encountered... Quite an awsome collection this year, sure seems to indicate that the alpine snowboard industry is fairing rather well with no shortage of passion from us consumers. Snow has made it to the Midwest and my ride jones is at least satisfied for the moment. More this weekend!!

WASMAN
I love how no one seems to know what spec's Bruce makes his boards to (or seems to care) but we all still love them anyway. I think he sends some magic dust on every board that makes us drink the cool aid......

www.oldsnowboards.com
home made custom mpride xrace 183 :D Nice, I see more and more Skwal riders using the Catek OS2 bindings. Makes sense, you can get more lift/cant options and rotate nearly 90 degrees. Modding the base is no real issue either.
Istvan
You made it based on an mpride shape? Nice! Does it also ride as an mpride?

eajracing
Met up with Bruce and YYZ today at the local hill and took delivery of my new baby. 177 VSR with all the usual trickery and a 21cm waist for my violin-case feet. It's my 20th season riding and i felt i should celebrate with a 20th anniversary deck. Got a good friend to do the custom topsheet based on the first board i bought back in '89 - the Kemper 165 Freestyle. It rides like a dream. Getting up early tomorrow to rip it all day. edit: having spent three days on it now.... it's a quiver killer. there will be a garage sale of decks in the near future....
