4th is 16.5 cm to fit TD :)

5th is 23 cm

Vist is giving very smooth ride and requires only 2 extra inserts, which i have in every board. It will add also quite lot more weight so if that does not kill your feets then it is really worth.

More answers later

16.5cm and Vist inserts??? My Vist is 18.6cm wide ... How does that work ?

More info on the plates in my "Plates" thread :ices_ange ...

What kind of sidecut is on those NSR 177's? Can you compare and contrast the ride to the NSR 183 and VSR 168?

177's are on my favourite setup 12.7/18 which is great for places i ride. Might try longer tail perhaps later but dont feel need for that now.

VSR is my wifes so i dont ride it ;) but 168 NSR and 183 NSR are two different things. 183 i use on track and when slopes are npt crowded, 168 is eeasier whe it gets crowded but i like ride it also when there is space due it can take good speed also.

For me there is all i need now for slopes, one long, one short, one narrow and one wide. I can pick board depending my feels and all are great rides.

Just got some runs for wide and narrow and must say that Bruce has really nailed them :D both have same side cut but are still two totally different ride, and what ride, those boards kick major way, enormous ammount of edge hold and easy on edge ride. Can not wait for getting back on slopes.

Or one could go by traditional deffinition and say: SL (or small FC), GS, Skwal (or big FC) and AM. Add a pow board and a rock/loaner board and the quiver is complete ;)

For me point is that boards are clearly different so i dont get board to board  and i get some kicks by changing board during day.

But all these boards are such that i could live happily have any of them as my only board if really needed, all of them will handle all situations for me. :1luvu:

Additionally I have my SwellPanik for pow.

Hot off the presses (or is that cold off the UPS truck?)

"Turbo" = full carbon layup. Nice and light, and based on hand-flexing and carpet surfing, it's gonna be pretty snappy for a titanal deck. Snow will probably be too soft to give it a good ride this weekend, but we need it so I won't be complaining.

The topsheet tape is still on... can't wait to see what it looks like w/o. But, it's staying on till I get back from SES.

Obligatory quiver shot:

My new Coiler 173 VSR arrived today, and since I couldn't get out to ride it tonight, I figured I'd keep myself busy by taking some photos. As nice as it looks in my basement, I can't wait to get this thing out on the snow.
