  1. real cranberry sauce and potato. :^P delicious...but just a bit and not too much!
  2. from travels in continental us it is easy to determine majority ( original ban) utilise the confederate to effect particular intimidation, emotion and response. This intention is the point of contention, no argument of 'free thought or choice of display,' but intention...yea? there was no responsible comment to the international sandbox of this site. What is the solution, what is a circle? but tomorrow is a new day...and the holiday weekend tourist here in the US begin in full force...slalom on the groom runs and lots of mogul on steep, if you are fit and strong at heart. Just don't forget your wax! haha
  3. there was once organisation before FIS governing body for snowboard olympic, to promote solidarity and competition between riders...if a course had flaw, TOP riders congress then demand satisfaction from venue/host or pull out simple as this. There was no CHF protest fee or venue organiser to obstruct. When TOP rider disregard bull5hit of media influence, amazing things occur.. ..very effective, and thus course built for flow at top speed and top riders! It is very sad on different levels as this is no longer the standard, now only comment on internet Alpine forum. When a field of 20 Toprank riders make solidarity and give finger, you will see xgame change this silliness Ps. funny because xgame is not even FISgovern...yea?
  4. no facebook or myspace or tweetey or fiddlefaddly but this is likely a great view video...sbx can save the snowboarding from the Dew!
  5. 25 year or 99 year on board does not lend to proficiency in the transfer... You have spent money for Yukon, and have attachment to board. Take a step back and aim for proficiency and understanding with what you intend to accomplish with the hardboard. There are many here who will help to offer free use of gear suitable to give you a better frame of reference with your goals...yes, because you should enjoy the feel of a true cut turn before you amass your dream of set up..does that make any sense? Once you have Alpine board under foot, my next suggestion would be hockey stop on various pitch..control, and learning what has happened under foot and with still upperbody down fall line when edge engage. This is not easy and it is hard work to devote you time and energy to feel. but your body habits of 25 year sliding and slipping will be your big adversary for Alpining... yes, because this unlearning and then learning of body position will be the best time you can hope to remember on a snowboard when all the dust settles! Have fun, and if you trust...you are on a great track with lots of suprise treat. but save all the techo cant and gadget and gloss until you have a hint of what your body needs to do on Alpine board.
  6. with no offense, Sir 5,5 and 90+kg your last concern is snowboard...yes because you are on thin ice in a dynamic hobby. There are many Alpiners with weight issue in the US , but it is merely a symptom of the culture, cross section nothing more nothing less. Nutrition yourself properly and the efforts toward hobby will have much more benefit longevity and enjoyment.
  7. :^\ not an Alpiner, but you are wrong it is nothing to smile about.
  8. good luck you are lucky to have restart...did the opponents give tears for the restart after you win? I see this so many times before with this organisation, but it is all for children and raffleprizes yea?
  9. take easy, Sir...there is information missing. Is this fee for every Monday of series, or is it a separate fee each event? Even one event it is more money than asa, but seven run on any course may be much more than afforded with local SundayASA event, yea? PS. There should be governing body apparatus that oversees every asa event, to observe the rubberbands starts, and closed-thenopen-then close-again registrations, invisible signage and chaos...but that would remove all the usual fun, yea? oh well, ther is always fis for chaos right! ?

mydol. one or two, and then no more fuss...or your money back if you bring your receipt!
  11. three bastar tourist kids volvo wagon with saltpeak sticker on the window almost drive into my car and toss paper and food from the window into back of a truck. what the hell do you feed your children, salt? Its ok...that filthy white car and cool sticker will be easy to find this week kids...yes because I was not the one who saw you hit his truck with food and trash, but I am helpful for him to find you and thank you as soo as he can
  12. as bob, I do not buy this, but this board is 5hit no matter what you pay for it/or are willing to pay for repairing or merely erasing the cosmetic... yes and you miss two important issues: 1 is this cap construction? what board/brand 2 if sandwich construction what board/brand base does not simply collapse upward as it were? and furthermore, you obviously have attachment to this board or the money you spent to acquire this board as you are willing to throw more money to erase the problem. it is just a poor build of snowboard, or poor specimen in a particular batch without quality or control. there is so much concern for libel but we are telling because you are asking in the first place. why bother a tech with this? Ok, that may be too strong and I will apologize, but to be sure you ask for input. ok, I will go away now. have a great day on your local hill! :-)
  13. ...at this price, and there are tire kicker? signed, Idontbelievethis
  14. ...just dont punch the snow with your forward hand!

    Oh! Snap!

you folk need to stop that bts
  16. tex you can send it to me I will keep it safe for you until you move to the snow. furthermore, I will see the board will get daily use all season long in sierra and across the ocean (until@ july 4 2011), then if you don't want it back at that time, I suppose I can at least find reason to keep it. besides there is no point to short change your dream...
  17. comment on (keep eye on the demo rack and quad...) but I assume this was due to fear of theft? or ?
  18. haha... yes, but I forgot to tell: the cturns are sometimes separated with a few inches of nothing! The chair2 will train you with the highfly and broncobust on the right, but it is always the tracks of the left and middle to look for in the morning!
  19. no need to worry about theft sir...ok to leave them to pee, just don't expect the night crew operators to move your boards if you leave them overnight.
  20. you were not alone but you were just not looking! Did you see any c-track in the snow ? Next time you can see from the chairs and follow the track in the snow. gunsmoke is great for many reasons...all of June is fun, but you can always decide for yourself. The shuttle to June from Mammoth Lakes also!
  21. ...if everyone had access to the exact gear (somewhere) they wanted but had to give it to someone when not in use? and could NOT take it home or keep it on a wall in their 'cabin' and no hoarding??
  22. :^( aooow! dammit I missed this and I do not have VS :^) but I had a great day avoiding tourist on the ski hill...
