  1. It will happen in Canada. There is no interest in North America unfortunately. Therefore they will fund the popular sports.
  2. JJA is the best Snowboader that Canada has produced, there are 4 qualifier races for the olympics in SBX, JJA has not raced in SBX since 2009 . The schedule would suggest that JJA could only do 2, the last two races conflict with his Apline Races. He should of retired at the end of the last olympics. Give the up and commers the experience they will need at the World Cup level.
  3. Weather he earned his World Cup starts or not, he should have let the next Development Team member have the first two World Cup spots.
  4. http://www.bluemountainworldcup.ca/ If you get a chance, this will be the event to watch at BLUE. Check it out.:)

  6. Just wondering what has happened to the USA alpine team. If you go to the USSA website they are not even mentioned. Anyone have any answers?

    "on Edge"

I have to say that if dual format is confusing, then 3 courses has got to be a nightmare for the public. I agree with Ladia, its hard enough to set courses in a dual. Good luck with that.
  11. :):D:biggthump That is great news, I can't wait to see it. I saw A WC at Stoneham and it was alot of fun, but I really think that with a great finish area down by the Village at Blue. It will be awsome. Last years SX was. Good luck to your son we will be watching.
  12. Lets hope they can make it work. And its finaly nice to see that the Development members on The Canadian Snowboard Team are starting to get some recognition from CSF on there website.
  13. Ok Found it. If you go to fis website click on snowboard, then fis world cup, scole to bottom of page to FIS World Cup Calendar. You will see what I am talking about. It does say subject to bid. The date they have picked is the week after the SX / WC ,but the same week as the US Nationals at Canyons. So lets hope they can make it work some how.
  14. FIS World Cup Calendar 2011-2012 Not sure if this came through, but if you go to fis website calender for snowboarding, it shows that it is subject to bid on the pdf.
  15. I have heard through the grape vien that there is a possibilty of a WC in Boarder-cross at Blue Mountain Ontario, Canada. Does anyone know if that is true. :)
