  1. These things looked brand new when they showed up, still damn near do (Except the inteks). I bought them to get something softer than my Indies, but didn't know the 325 footbed is wider. IIRC, original owner molded once, and so did I. Too wide for me. I tried shimming the liners with duct tape, but didn't work. Rode them 2 days and they have just been sitting since. (If you look at the liner pic you will see left over duct tape residue) Not sticky, but didn't want to start attacking them with solvent. The intek heels have a lot of parking lot wear, but are fully functional. Contact me here or text to 6508925205. I'm having problems with the PMs
  2. Here's camber. bet way to contact me is here or by text 650 892 5205
  3. I believe I bought this from Arne a few years ago. topsheet has scuffing from plate assembly.Spent an hour polishing it. Better, but still scuffs. I never mounted or rode it. $300 plus shipping

PRICE DROP. NOW $275 shipped lowert 48
  6. Old indies, 26.5. Replaced one of the brass rivet pivot points with a much beefier SS assembly. (Thanks M Trevino for design of the fix). Probably about 20 days on the new liners. First molding didnt make them stretch out enough. 2nd molding, just the toe box and a shoe stretcher made them work. I finally realized I should be in 27s. Can't see any structural issues with them. Note they have the RAB instead of a lean adjuster. $100 plus shipping

  9. I've got a real clean pair, but they're 26.5
  10. I remember asking Fin about SW step-ins after the S W's came out. He said it would take a lot of engineering to make that happen. I remember he was riding prototypes for a couple years before they finally went on sale.
  11. Finally booked! I've had back issues that really hampered my riding, but theyre getting better now that I'm going to the gym. I was riding like an old man. (Oh crap,I guess I am now!) Probably have to learn how to ride again, but can't think of a better crowd to do that with! No Gretchen this year, she's just too booked, I'll be flyin solo. FYI, when I booked they said they had around 70 so far. Can't wait to see the gang again!
  12. I've found overhead racks work well, plus I can see them everytime I'm in the shop. Bases get dusty, but no big deal.
  13. Non moldable can be fine IF they match your foot. Gotta stand on them to find out. Beats the hell out of the crap that comes with boots. Miss you and Gloria bro
  14. Yea, like to stock up on some spare parts!

    180 Coiler EC,

Classic was built for 170#s. 11.5M sidecut. Turns easy, good board on crowded days.
  16. I believe cuban will be riding Heav. Meet at stagecoach, be early, he doesn't wait. I'm gonna try for that week as well.
  17. With the ATC dead, I'll have a lot more spare time in Feb. You coming for the month again?
  18. Anybody know the sidecut on this thing? Virus RS 174 WC Colorado edition. I assume Bola was selling them.
  19. Yea, I would assume as the core breaks down the board becomes softer, so the metal is easier to kink.
  20. I've had mixed results. Some shops simply don't have the right oven or know how. Any Mountain was a joke, and so were the "Best boot fitters" in the bay area. Even the "Best boot fitter in Aspen" couldn't get it right. All Sports in South Lake Tahoe does a great job. Other than that, I've had better luck molding myself.
  21. The only issue I've had was shipping damage on a metalburner I picked a few years ago. Easy enough to fix once I pounded the metal back into shape.( No easy task) I've seen a couple old Viruses get bent, but I believe they were at the end of their lifespan. Mario, on the other hand, has bent fairly new ones. But, he's a big guy and a hard charger.
  22. This is my setup. What A PITA! gotta bend over, grab the snap, and go click. Shorty, light, stays out of the way. Personally I think riding without a leash is stupid, and illegal. If you non believers had seen Todd's board screaming down the hill like a rocket at Aspen, you would wear one. Or the look on Paul's face as everybody at the Bomber tent pointed and laughed as he rode the lift by without his board. It can happen to anybody. Both these guys are experienced, kick ass carvers, and it happened to them. Luckily, no injuries, but recovering Todd's board was quite an ordeal. If I'm gonna have 2K under my feet, It's gonna be tied to me. Bend over, go click. It's not that hard. The life you save might be a little kid.
  23. At this point there simply isn't enough interest to make this happen. None of the regulars have shown any interest. Simply not enough people. Time to start making other plans.
