Hey all, I am in the market for a BX board, which will be used for racing. I currently have a Kessler Cross, which I love, but it is getting a little long in the tooth and I am looking to replace it. Boards I am considering: Kessler Cross / Donek Saber SRT / Apex Snowboards BX board / Oxess I am looking for the most serious, race-focused board possible. The fastest, in other words. Anyone have experience with the latest Kessler Cross's, or the Donek / Apex? I will take any advice this fine community, long may it live, will give out. Thanks in advance!

Is there more to this story? Did Bomber really file for bankruptcy due to slow business, crappy debt to income ratio, or something else? Was the deal bad from the start? Should someone here wish to purchase the company out of bankruptcy, how would they go about doing so? Will there be an auction of assets?

Hey Sean, Never been mounted.. promise. I think it's possible the suction holds on the tuning machine caused what looks like binding suck. Thanks for the feedback.

Just got my never ridden, never seen snow GS boards tuned and pictures below show the result... not sure if this is shoddy quality from the board builder (poor build quality) or if the tuner just botched things. Peter Muller (former world cup / Olympic champion) tuned them in Baar, Switzerland on a $200K+ Montona machine. Thoughts?

Burton custom x 164 wide: 261mm or 26.1 cm waist width. Not wide enough for me but wide compared to most for sure.

Hey all, I recently moved to Switzerland and am looking for any snowboard racing opportunities in Switzerland or nearby Austria (I am in Zug). I have searched the internet for public NASTAR-like racing, USASA-like competitions, and looked for Snowboard racing camps and coaching. Nothing. Now, I don't pretend to be the world's foremost Googler, so its possible there is something obvious I am just not finding. Regardless, I thought I would put a message out here on Bomber for those more in the know than I. If anyone has any info, please share and thank you!

Size? How used are they?

185 CM Jasey Jay GS board with "secret" plate, F2s (50 front, 46 rear, 21 inch wide @ 5'9" 200 ibs). Plate mounted about 1 inch back, stance centered on board's mid point. UPZs with grey tongue. If your on a perfect slope, with perfect conditions, ride the Buggati!

I have a pair of old UPZs in mondo 27, which should fit. They are scratched up, but fully functional (no issues at all). Will come with extra tongues. Will ship from Boston. Let me know if your interested. Mitch

Bump! Still for sale as last offer fell through. This is a tremendous plate suitable for both freeriding and racing.

I use the Ride El Hefe's and just affix it to my Power Plates directly. No issues ever. I think there is a 99.99% chance you will have no issues as well.
