    yall should have stayed for saturday and sunday, we even set aside some beer for yall, you could have tasted the rockies dammit:D but all kidding aside, saturday sucked, sunday had some pretty nice carving aside from the wind. and the village greens hot tub, well, it was pretty awesome PS is jack riding burton winds in that pic?

    OI!, thanks alot for the accomidations Geoff, and the discount lift tickets, it was great. Driving up on friday night was an adventure, we saw everything from rain to sleet to uber snow to rain snow. but when we finally made it, the fireplace at the condo most deffinetly compensated. saturday the slopes were pretty terrible, but we did run into a few of you guys, it would seem the rest of ya headed for the hills on friday. I still want a tee shirt dammit:D.

    coconut is not my forte, but if anyone happens to know of an eastern european (perhaps romanian) dish that consists of a whole chicken rubbed in red, hot spices, i would love the recipe. Its mentioned in the beggining of Bram Stokers "Dracula", though im sure its a real dish

    ive wrecked, only to have a patroller ski over the last knoll and tell me that where i was sitting was a bad place to stop. to which i reply "i wrecked" they tend to ski away all embarassed like. Do all skiers assume that if your on a snowboard, you dont know to stop at the side of the run?

    i have the same deep seething hatred for alot of the "core" boarders you see out there these days, but i find it misguided to associate them with a company such as burton, esspecially due to the fact that many, alpine, or otherwise, substance responsible adults, put great stock in their products. I personally ride two burton boards, because of their good prices.they serve their purpose as well as any stock board of their time.

    i have em on my FP160. with burton wind boots, hell if burton still made alpine gear, I could be in the catalog. great setup, need cants terribly though. Its nice knowing if i break something trying to learn the basics, i can replace them for 50+ dollars

    i personally love my pair, they work on a cam-over principal. god help the sorry bastard who has his fingers near the bail if it decides to cam-over on your finger, smarts like a stubbed toe. ill bet it could break a finger bone.
