  1. I really like Dominator Momentium paste wax for spring conditions. Great stuff! http://www.dominatorwax.com/products/momentium-warm
  2. Yes, it's still for sale. Funny I don't see an email from you. I'll try to PM you.
  3. This board is in great shape and is still available.
  4. Watch out for the rocks. There are a few of them out there. They seem to peek out in places where a slope gets steeper.
  5. The difference between binding angles is called splay. Like lonbordin said, most people have some splay in their binding setup. Changing either the front or back binding should help you feel more comfortable. Change the back to 50 if there's not too much overhang. If there is too much overhang change the front to 60. The other thing you might consider is adding some heel lift in the rear binding.
  6. 1. Jimcheen 2. James and Daneille Ong 3. Corey Dyck 4. Randy Tognoni, Jami H, (+ 2 skier friends, shhh) 5. Dave Wiencke 6. Ann and Steve Recsky 7. Mike T 8. The Callens (Angie and Jim)...The trip is going to be a real pain, but I suppose we don't have anything better to do ;) 9. Evan H
  7. Alan, I don't have any plans to take video nor would I be opposed to it.
  8. I'll be doing an introductory clinic on Sunday at Snowmass if you'd like to take advantage of that. Tentatively scheduled for 10 or 10:30. Check the schedule for updates: http://www.summitexpressionsession.com/schedule/
  9. SOLD This board is in excellent condition. Base and edges are excellent. This board has a freeride shape. It is stiff and carves well. Board has a fabric layup that you can see through the graphic. Tip 314 Waist 263 Tail 311 $150 includes shipping to the US.
  10. Ron, check out SaltyPeaks. They've got a bunch of used stuff. http://www.saltypeaks.com/browse/304/Used-Step-In-Boots
  11. +1 on the Ride Insano. I weigh about 250lbs and these boots are nice and supportive.
  12. motoyogi, not sure where you are in Oregon but I've got a board that I am just about to post on the classified that would make a great soft boot carver. It's an Oxygen White Room and is in great shape. Message me if you are interested. I'm in Bend.
  13. I just went to Randall at Footform.com yesterday for some boot fitting help. He did a great job and took the time to understand my issues. I would definitely recommend him.
  14. I used the Chopper to teach one of my sons. Seems to me like it is a good learner board for a little kid. It's nice and soft which is good for light weight kids. The concave base is not so extreme. They still have to engage the edge to get it to turn but it really eases them into the turn and reduces the chances of catching an edge.
  15. Early in December is the peak for highest sale prices. Before that you are giving away good deals to the early birds. After that you've missed the Christmas rush and the only people still shopping for gear are the hard core who will pick over the sales and not give up their money easily.
  16. RIP Doug. Does anybody know what happened? He seemed to be in good health before he left Bend for Hawaii.
  17. Should we take a collection to buy Kevin a new jacket?
  18. I've been going to Race Place for waxes and tunes for the last 4 years and the quality of the work has been excellent. Bryan, their head guy, does great work and always puts a nice finish on my gear.
  19. I wear M30 in the Head Stratos Pro. Current board is 22cm wide and I run 60/55. At 21cm wide I need to step it up at about 65/60. Note that I have a wide foot and have had the shells punched out around my toes and the ball of my foot so I have to set the angles a bit higher than someone with a narrow foot. Are there binding angles that you like? Are you trying to figure out how wide to make the board as a result of your angles?
