pow4ever
We have 5 potential order so far. 2(powe4ever), 1(snowjob) ,2(Jisse) Let's give this until Sunday Jan 20 2019. If we make 10 we will proceed; otherwise it's FFA(free for all: meaning everyone is on their own). Logistic wise: worse case: ship to a single 'distributor' and repackage and re-ship in the CON-US. everyone meet at MCC and pick it up. (Maximize saving). Only if a US distributor picking it up Full disclosure: One should do the math to see if it's worth it. assume 1.15e to 1usd Buy 1 saving: 34e - 10e - us shipping (~$7.20 usps flat rate) ~ saving of $20 Buying 2 set saving: 38e - 20e + us shipping (~$7.20 usps flat rate) ~ saving of ~$13.

Hello TreeBeard...looks great. Can you tell me if in this pick you have the bottom springs set low as they can go? I'm curious as to how much forward lean I can take OUT of my 700's with this system. My BTS would never go low enough for me on the bottom spring. Also, how much trouble was it to drill that hole? Now...if you could post a quick vid of you flexing those things to give somewhat of an idea of how stiff/not stiff those particular springs are, that would be huge! Randy Kight
No drilling for UPZ, but for Deeluxe, you drill a small hole to ensure the block is tight against the shell.

You are correct. Looks pretty simple in his install video. I'm not sure I follow the logic as to why it is necessary (not so for BTS). Seems like overkill. Randy Kight
When I loosen my BTS, the block comes off the boot when flexing back and forth. This goes away when tightening upper and lower springs...I would assume this method is much more efficient. I think overall the design of Roberto's system is better...in my opinion. The short green springs are universal for all systems, other types of springs (blue, red, yellow) are too stiff and do not allow a good flex in the back

Said video- for a good operation, it is necessary to make a small hole and insert a t-nutz in the head of the Deeluxe x to fix the dgss firmly. I know of some problems of the BTS, it seems that, in some cases, pushing back, gets blocked Edited January 13, 2019 by DRUPI

pow4ever
Consolidate info: Dead line: Sunday Jan 20 2019. Shooting for 10 orders or bust. Or those going to MCC can do their own deal if this falls through. If you need it now; please work with Roby directly. 1. UPZ compact with 1 type of spring - 50 euro 2. UPZ plus with 1 type of spring - 70 euro 3. UPZ compact with 2 type of spring - 55 euro 4. UPZ plus with 2 type of spring - 75 euro 5. Deeluxe with 1 type of spring - 70 euro 6. Deeluxe with 2 type of spring - 75 euro Paid: Here is what I am thinking: *Don't do it yet* as we don't have 10 order yet. I can front the cost for shipping 100 euro and everyone just paid @DRUPI minus the shipping. We can then work out the difference among us. shipping saving is shared by all. Make sense to me ship to MCC and someone there can ship it to the rest of us not lucky enough. Do we have a volunteer? We have 7 potential order so far. Getting there. Lots of UPZ rider. 1 @snowjob: MCC: Yes, #4 1 @Jisse: MCC: ? #4 1 @jimcheen: MCC: Yes #4 1 @wjholm: MCC: Yes, #4 1 @AcousticBoarder : MCC: ?, #4 2 <me> : MCC: No , #6 + #4 Potential: @Randy Kight: need to sort out which boot to get.
