Galen
I'm game, though I may just be there for the week day. Are the June dates *before* the camper crowds arrive?
P06781
I have May 11th off , not sure about June yet . I would like to do a climb of hood also if anyones interested. Jim
Mike T
Would definitely prefer May to June if its a choice. Cheaper tickets, fewer people. I don't know if I can make all 3 days but should be able to do 2.
Dan
I'm down. I'd prefer May to June too. Galen, did you pick up that Arbor alpine from Mike T? How's it treating you?
Art
for those keeping score, the 13th is mothers day. I hope to make a day, better in may

www.oldsnowboards.com
Sounds like a plan Ed! Hope I can make it. For those unfamiliar with Timberline. Check the "Ski Areas" galleries It can be really good this time of year.
slopetool
Sure sounds like we are getting some interest. Having the June dates thrown in is a good back up plan. And yes, Galen, the camps will be in session after Memorial Day. Busy mornings and empty in the afternoons. July will be a circus but great to be seen up there. Maybe get SPONSERED. Good one, huh? www.oldsnowboards.com
I believe there are still some two for one weekday deals available until the end of April. And this deal too!
Galen
I'm down. I'd prefer May to June too. Galen, did you pick up that Arbor alpine from Mike T? How's it treating you? I did. It's suh-weet! I haven't got on it yet, I had intended it as bait for the step daughter to get her on hard boots. She likes pretty things  If we get some firm stuff before the end of the season, might give it a go, little too soft for my weight in spring stuff. thanks Dan, pleasure doing biz with ya. Galen, about time to pick a sunny day, line all the boards up and take a "Family" photo dude! You have one of the best slalom alpine snowboard quivers around! Guest scrubber
I got this email 4th-hand, but it originated from the MHM sales office. >U.S. SNOWBOARD TEAM TRAINS AT MEADOWS >MAY 8 - 13 ADDS EXTRA DAYS FOR THE PUBLIC > >A half-dozen Olympians expected to be among those training for SuperPipe >and BoarderCross Meadows will operate for the public midweek May 8 - 11 in >addition to the announced weekend schedule > >MT. slopetool
Too bad the carve fest didn't start today. Awesome buffed cordorory. No ridges and smooth. Wide groomed runs. Sunshine with clouds rolling in. Oh, and 8 additional inches of 20 degree pow. High of 30 at Timberline, so it stayed cold. Light winds. Off-piste wasn't great until you got down in the trees. But the groomers were the best. 30 cars in the parking lot. Am I making sense to you guys. Do you even know what is going on? Hello? If you're used to Meadows, just stay there. Eric
I was at T-line this a.m.. Day of the year for me. I have to give props to T-line for the perfect grooming, but I was mostly in the untracked. Ed, if you were on a tanker, I think I spotted you from a distance. slopetool
Please disregard my comments on Meadows. I'm a scorned lover who didn't cough up the $$$ of a pass this year. I really miss the steeps. That is once the "journey to the goods" and dodging people is over. Damn it, I did it again. I would like to check out the US team training. Nothing wrong with that. Meadows will probably put 90% for their efforts into the course and leave the other 10% into parking everyone close enough in the lot. oops, that slipped out. Back to the topic of better interest. Timberline! Eric - I saw you too. You were on your 4807, right? What a day! yep, I was on my Tanker. 02' Dani "kiwi" Meier model Its getting some precious ride time while it has a chance. I'll be up tomorrow if the weather stays decent. Not sure if the clouds will break enough for Palmer to be open. Lets hope so.

Jon Dahl
If I could drag my sorry butt down that way to ride on Sunday May 13, would any of you locals have a couch I could crash on Saturday nite? Just crunching numbers right now, byt it is a possibility.
Mike T
I plan to be there on May 11. If I can book a ski lesson for my daughter the 12th is a possibility too. (Anyone else have a 4 y.o. who would want a ski lesson? My daughter will love the Mile!)
astrokel
OMG Jim, was that a picture of Heaven? I'm presently planning a move to Portland this fall sometime and if that's what I have to look forward to for next winter over the cloud cover I think I can deal with the winter cloud cover when I'm under them! Mike T
It's a pretty frequent occurrence especially in the spring. In that pic you can actually see Mt Bachelor way off in the distance
