  1. Yeah, I've been watching the forecast for the past week. It's gone from clear that week to a day of rain, then 2 days of rain, then no rain, now 3 days in a row starting tuesday. I'll be holding off on making reservations until the last moment. Congrats on your retirement Bryan!
  2. Yeah, right there in front of my face. No wonder I didn't see it, doi. Hey Bryan, I'm doing well, hope the sames with you. Between horrible conditions up here and timing, I'm still looking for my first turns of the season. Thanks for leading me to the info trough.
  3. Will Bachelor be open mid-week the 20th-25th? I'm totally jonesing,
  4. Not riding related, but holy crap! Portland getting hammered, hope ya all got home safe.
  5. Yes, we could use some more snow, still some exposed debris in the trees. Unfortunately the 10 day forecast indicates light rain next week. Good luck finding a Hawk friendly Tav anywhere in Co., lol. Budbowl, Smoka Bowl, Stupor Bowl..either way should be a good one.
  6. Wow, true spring conditions on thur/fri. Even got a little sticky late in the day. Wicked inversion layer. 57 when we left the parking lot at 2, but there was still areas of thick frost on the ground west of Packwood! Looks like much of the same all next week.
  7. Anybody been up to WP yet? Looks like a bunch of new snow the next couple days, just wondering if theres enough snowpack to go off trail. thanks for any info on conditions.
  8. Very Sad. I was always awestruck when ever I saw him riding one of his monsters down Beverly Hills from the summit of Bachelor. RIP.
  9. My ex-ray looked almost exactly the same, also sciatica issues. It took about 6 chiro visits and as many massage sessions spread over 3 weeks to get it back and stabilized. If you can schedule the chiro/massage on the same days, so much the better. A good stretching regimen and core exercises are also a key part to the puzzle. Good luck!
  10. Has anyone tried this? Seems like you would have more cant/lift options. Might be an option for F2's also. Thoughts?
  11. They did a horrid job of adding a set of inserts to my SG Cult. Used ski inserts instead of t-nuts and didn't even cut them flush to top sheet. Had to have my local shop remove them and do it correctly. That was in 2008 though.
  12. Probably have an eye out for people riding to slow on the double blacks.
  13. Hi Dennis, Thanks for the info. I hadn't been to WP in a few years and wasn't super impressed with it, but I really like the new area they have opened up. I take the Alpine Experience shuttle out of Olympia on thursdays but it ends in 3 weeks, so I'll be a little more flexible in the spring. I'm mostly in black, short guy on a Coiler woodgrain. Usually with my bud on a tanker, daughter in hardboots, often mixed with a couple skiers. Which side of the mt do you usually ride? Good to here theres others there, hope I see some of you there sometime.
  14. Any HBer's frequent White Pass? I've been going there every thursday since early season and haven't seen any. Pretty good moderate runs off the Couloir and Basin lifts and have been pleased with the quality of grooming. Nice tree riding on powder days too.
