  1. Tex sorry we missed you. We were running late all weekend and ran into people we knew in the parking lot and talk... talk... talk. I read your other post how is Mrs. Tex doing? I didn't see if you posted the results of the Monday tests I hope L. is okay I know her knee was an issue even before this. Hope she is better for next season. Paul
  2. Yup I'm in. Tex I sent you an email, but now I see where you'll be. We'll shoot for the same chair. Paul
  3. Hey Tex, We jut got in from Sunapee and conditions were very good. The bumps and woods were closed due to ICE, I guess yesterday was real bad. Today, sun and firm but carve-able, never got warm enough to soften up either. You guys thinking of a return to slOkemo? Paul
  4. My wife won the OS2's at the ECES raffle and I just wanted to post how Great the guys at Catek were getting her the bindings FAST!! She emailed what she wanted and the response was outstanding. I just want to say Thanks for the awesome service! A+ Paul
  5. EZE 8:15???? Did you do one on Lynx and out? The snow held up nice yesterday, rain turned to snow by 9:00 still some fog at the top but no lift lines. We stayed until 1:00 and the snow stayed pretty good.

Blue tomato ships to the US I just got a set of F2 Titanflex. If you click on currency it changes to USD and when you put it in your cart and go to pay it removes the VAT which I think is 17%. The shipping is a little high but since I don't think anyone in the US has F2 this year and even when they did the cost was about the same. I got mine in a week. They are also the only place that I could find intec heels. http://www.blue-tomato.at/en/ProductTreeAction.bto?thirdNode=&selectedNode=mQ5JPjjrjrqPEBWgen8Aie-142&secondNode=mQ5JPjjrjrqPEBWgen8Aie-142&rootnode=Ausyv7p2jrqPEBWgen8Aie-142 Paul

  9. Tex do you think slOkemo is ready for you on a 180? I want to be there when they try to catch you. Paul
  10. Oh Evil dude you should have stayed and made the drive today. We drove home in the sunshine this morning, we left at 8:00 and didn't see rain until 20 min after I got the boards out of the car. Paul
  11. I just got a set of F2 bindings and intec heels from them. I bought a board a couple years ago from them they are great! I had my eye on the 177 race board but I just can't write the check right now. Paul

Oh nice Tex, wish I had enough left to have joined you. I second Scott, Great crew glad we got to put a face with the names. Great carvers and really great people. Thanks to Jack and Geoff for putting it together. Paul
  13. Hey Shred what sizes do you have in the shirts? I'm in for a medium. I'll look you up on wed or thurs at the banquet. Paul
  14. lstzephyr Bob is one of the Fathers of this board. He is one of the best people you will ever meet, I had an off on a motorcycle ride a couple seasons ago while out with him and he stuck by me and helped. I kept telling him go enjoy I'll be fine but he made sure I was ok and not just talking the talk. He stuck around at the shop until I got back out and even offered to ride with me North instead of going to meet up with the people we had plans with. There are not many in the world like him. Paul
  15. This was sent to me by a friend in rescue many years ago. The Rainbow Bridge inspired by a Norse legend By the edge of a woods, at the foot of a hill, Is a lush, green meadow where time stands still. Where the friends of man and woman do run, When their time on earth is over and done. For here, between this world and the next, Is a place where each beloved creature finds rest. On this golden land, they wait and they play, Till the Rainbow Bridge they cross over one day. No more do they suffer, in pain or in sadness, For here they are whole, their lives filled with gladness. Their limbs are restored, their health renewed, Their bodies have healed, with strength imbued. They romp through the grass, without even a care, Until one day they start, and sniff at the air. All ears prick forward, eyes dart front and back, Then all of a sudden, one breaks from the pack. For just at that instant, their eyes have met; Together again, both person and pet. So they run to each other, these friends from long past, The time of their parting is over at last. The sadness they felt while they were apart, Has turned into joy once more in each heart. They embrace with a love that will last forever, And then, side-by-side, they cross over… together.
  16. I found that Blue_tomato is selling intec now with the 07/08 stock.I ordered a set last night. I don't know if anyone else has them yet. If you check the euro ebay I saw cables there a while ago too. Paul
  17. I have to jump on this bandwagon too. We got a set of boots from him for my wife and they came fast and in great shape. Thanks. Paul
  18. Skatha I have to know where you got your info on the rate of ascent of the Raptor?
  19. I'm in line with the rest on this. I bought mine this season from Starting Gate and love it. I'm 5'6" and 150 lbs and the board is just right for everything I have tried. Still have not gotten in the trees but did a couple small bump runs and it rode nice. Ice and crud and New England powder it loves them all. I had a fight with it the first day because I tried to run the same angles as I do on my Madd 170 (not a good idea with M24 boots) but once I fixed that I haven't ridden anything else this year. Paul
  20. Put me in line if there is a set left.
  21. Here are pics, send me an email with your email address and I'll send better res pics.
  22. I'm a 7-71/2 and they were always a little to big for me. I didn't read the BOL method and measure my foot when I got these I just believed the conversion chart. The new pair I have are a 24M and they fit but they are a moldable liner too. Paul
  23. I have an APX 158 in the attic I can dig it out if you are interested. It has very little use (5 or 10 days). I can send pics. Paul
  24. These are 4 years old and have around 150 days on them. The liners are non-moldable. The buckles are original. Boots are in very good shape no cracks or major scuffs. The liners are 4 year old liners so... I'm looking for $100 shipped in the US possibly a couple bucks more to send to Canada. If you want to pick them up at ECES the shipping is free. Paypal is the payment of choice. Paul
