I went to the fabric store. ;) At least with Donek's glass boards, Sean can lay fabric under the top layer of glass. The only hard part was figuring out which fabric I wanted.

The last time I checked, FedEx Ground was the cheapest method within the US. If you are shipping to another country, USPS is cheapest.

OA - I drilled the holes 1/2 a diameter forward of the "shiny spot". I wanted a little more material on the aft side of the pins. At this position I have had no rubbing or binding.
