    Yo Lci!!

So stoked to ride this Sunday! ink
  2. Now that's some G force @bigwavedave! ink
  3. Geoff, I took it to mean his first ride on it was on the first training day in China, not the day of the race. I'm sure he had tested others and decided on changes for his final race board and Frank got it done just in time. Still a huge risk. Like I posted elsewhere, Vic saying he wouldn't be on F2 two weeks in front of the games if he thought they weren't good. Changing equipment right in front of a race is always a big risk. ink @lonbordinThat was the pic my son sent along with the words.
  4. Old vid Karl reposted - he is on a Kessler SL in that one Still, always awesome to watch ink
  5. My son sent me a screen shot of Frank's FB, I believe, saying... "Olympic Gold Medal Beijing 2022 - Mens giant slalom snowboard!!! Thank you Benjamin Karl...going to the Olympics with a prototype board built 3 days before your flight to Beijing. Not ridden for one run before first attemt on chinese slopes. This was a masterpiece. You are my hero. Thanks for trusting me! I'm not on FB so I retyped it. ink Earlier I checked Virus website said "23 sold in last 9 hours". It has started.
  6. Vic was part of the Yellow Boot Mafia. Daniela Ulbing only podium finisher not on MS.951. ink
  7. Tail says S195, most run 185 Big board for the big winner ink
  8. Didn't realize Karl had switched to virus. ink
  9. Proud of Cody and Robbie. Cody definitely has more time to go again. Not the way either wanted it to go but they both made it and are now olympians. ink
  10. @Jack M I was just yelling at the tv to shut them up. ink
  11. NOT MINE Just came across this in CO https://westslope.craigslist.org/spo/d/montrose-mistral-ecstasy-167-goofy/7431540420.html ink
  12. My guess is bigs finished it a while back. I think he is expecting another in Feb when kneel returns to CO again. ink
  13. Must be the $688 starting price for lessons ink

    Yo Lci!!

@greenie234 we'll be rolling in Saturday evening I believe. Will let you know more after we discuss and know more timing wise. Also, there was talk by Sandy @svr, whom you haven't met, that he and Kevin @ice may be hitting Bridger on Sunday morning before finishing the drive to Libby. You may get to make some turns with them. I haven't heard if we are planning on attending that. ink
  15. We depart CO Saturday AM driving up through WY and will probably spend the night in Butte then finish the drive on Sunday. Thanks for the invite though @snowwjob1, see you in MCC! Long drive @big mario, stop eating that pork roll thing you got from @Kneel now please. Thanks, ink and @D.T.
  16. Click the IG link dredman posted to check out some of her latest designs on her story. Good Stuff! ink

    Yo Lci!!

There is plenty of info here on the forum about setting up your stance to get you going even better. Look at @Beckmann AG info and website. We can definitely help too when we return. ink

    Yo Lci!!

Right on Justin! What setup did you get? We will be out the next 2 weekends at Montucky Clear Cut. We can get you a buddy tix too. Backstory... So, concussed is on Reddit, Justin posted a question about carving and someone else said to meet up with the crew at Loveland. Yes, someone else pointed our direction. Concussed replied and passed on my IG to Justin. ink
  19. Kevin said he got to the top of the lift and noticed it flopped over to the side so not while riding. Unfortunately not noticed at the bottom. He said the other one was in the gate to start a parallel race. A coach noticed and informed Kevin. Kevin flipped the bail over, put his toe in and stepped down engaging the pins and raced the run. So I guess the takeaway is that it is not nearly as catastrophic as if a standard bail breaks. ink

    Yo Lci!!

    yesterday was good...really good. ink
  21. Ice had a toe bail break the other day on his step-in and he said it wasn't his first. Step-ins are not immune to breaking either. ink
  22. @TVR Your son did really well for first big race. I follow him on IG now. ink
  23. Was a great day, glad you could join us @ktv! Fellas, thanks for the tasty recovery beverages. ink
