If you don't race, step-ins are a bulletproof way of not worrying about bindings....

But hey, what do I know...I use them because I am lazy....

Ice had a toe bail break the other day on his step-in and he said it wasn't his first. Step-ins are not immune to breaking either.

Any specific place to meet up? I plan on arriving Sunday at 7:30am, putting on my boots indoors and stowing my boot bag somewhere to have extra layers/lenses.

I looked at the webcams, and some of the mountain is shaded most of the day? On a sunny day, is a lighter lens advisable?

Just before opening bell at 830 we will be at Chet's Dream lift. Grab a ticket zip and meet us there, I'll have your tix with me.
Mediem to dark lenses will be good.

I'll be at Copper tomorrow and Sunday.  Sean was kind enough to loan me a Pulse.  I'm traveling on business so I was not able to bring a board of my own.  Hope to see you guys out there!

@nekdut your welcome to join us at lovey on Sunday. We can get buddy ticket for you.

Has anyone tried the Clew bindings?  They look very interesting to me. www.clew.us

If I recall correctly, @svr said he has ridden them, they worked pretty well but are in need of refinement. "Clunky" I believe is the word he used.

  5. Was fun riding my virus again. Love those boards that Frank builds.
A bit windy but very excellent company, riding, and beverages.
    Already waiting for next Sunday.

  6. Casey said 4-5" today at lovey. Snowed 6-7" in evergreen. Lifts 4 and 8 now open will disperse the crowd more so even with MLK I'm thinking the groomers should be pretty darn carvelicious.

Went up to Beaver Creek yesterday, where I played with my lena a little bit. Ended up riding open to close, but wow I don’t think I’ve had a better day ever. So many trenches. Sore as heck though

lena the name of your coiler?

If still in town sunday, join us again. I will be out this time.
