Hi Ace, I would be interested in trying out a Skwal. I saw one in action for the first time at Schweitzer the day after MCC 2020! I was blown away at how it was being ridden. However that being said I’m not just gonna jump on one at Turner in 2021. Perhaps a Skwal clinic might be worth doing?? Like Lurch stated, I don’t want to die, but with guidance and instruction I would be willing to give it a try. Thank you for your past support and hope to see it in 2021! Cheers!

I’m also in the SoCal area. I too can offer up some boards and bindings, but no boots. Here’s just an idea, if you have stiff soft boots and are hesitant to purchase hardboots at this time we could always put a softboot set up on an alpine board. However this is not optimum but it would give you a sense of just how Alpine boards ride and most likely “set the hook”!! There are also lots of boots that come up for sale here! It’s a great place to go shopping!

Thanks Corey!! I just bought DRedmans TD3 Sidewinders. If a pair of Catek come up for sale, and are still available when I see them I’m gonna jump on them. From what everyone has said about them I really what to get a pair. The only thing I dont like is the floppy bails (can be remedied) and the limited parts and availability. All the rest sounds great and would love to get on them and lay some turns! thanks everyone!!!!
