"where do I get something like this" "is it still called a snowboard" very politely "how is it called"

Not even breakfast before riding

regarding heel lift I used https://depot.ciqdev.com/DataApps/branches/pricing_latest/ to remove extra volume + https://www.tognar.com/ski-and-snowboard-boot-fitting-heel-lifts-pr/ for rear foot maybe you don't need first ones and heel lift will help you PS I moved from deeluxe eventually since they are too wide for me

both? I have 3 SL boards; they are different and the same - I just cannot explain... there will not be significant difference jumping from one to another. freecarve board should be much comfortable than SL
-
I checked comparison to UPZs (some even tried to use their liners from their UPZs); checked Alexey's story; compared his feet measurements and mine and just did a leap of faith PS if was even more difficult since I decided to order one shell size down which means -1.5cm e.g. size 25.0 for 26.7 feet - not recommending for anyone; it's my [relatively narrow] feet and my way
-
I suspect stiffness also depends on shell size (it comes from @Alexey's story "shell A vs B") I'm 200 and got shell A RD after talking to Alexey; also I'm riding red springs which are far from being the stiffest PS RD maybe overkill; snow is too soft sometimes

looks like 03/04 very angry and for straightforwarding

friend of mine rode all generations of F2 Eliminator, I will ask just for note; it is softboot board

MCC welcomes 2 planked family members; last time they [2 planked ones] behaved very good

I had a paint in my front foot for years (softboot setup); had to loose boa, lace and binding on uphill lift... went to a boot fitter with new boots explaining issue since in hardboots it became unbearable ended up with stock preformed insoles - it resolved my problem PS eventually I decided to do custom insoles which work very good PPS your case might not have the same easy solution

if you don't mind driving then there are more options

PM @Alexey it was very smooth experience -
even if it's 0F in the morning it's quickly getting better [I know there are some days but they are rare] for this kind of weather I prefer: top: base layer->fleece->vest(no down)->hardshell bottom: base layer->slightly insulated pants when it gets warmer I just drop my vest on a ski rack at the bottom of a lift and pick it up on a way back to lodge PS I'm always cold getting up the mountain first time of the day, when I start riding it getting better PPS if it's really cold [around 0F] usually feet give up first, so two runs then get warm then back on a slope

Edge change with "hochentlasting" or "tiefentlastung"?

cross-over cross-under imho it's better to be able to ride using different techniques; and use what is best for current condition, equipment, and a level of fatigue -
Check material for both on MS web site I trust shape of the shell is exactly the same Stiffness comes from material [lateral one] Btw I assume pinching wc is a little bit more difficult since grilamid wants to get back to its original shape... But it's still doable Also depending on material stiffness fluctuates depending on temperature e.g. standard fluctuates more than wc, wc changes stiffness more than rd I chose RD since it was annoying having stiff boots in cold weather any getting then softer when it's getting warmers (it was not MS boots, I just wanted to be 100% sure it won't happen with 1k+ boots) Just some thoughts

UPZ's stock liner is not the best, if you don't like it it's ok you will need to but new TF liner (I personally prefer wrap over tongue) and do simple heat molding at your local shop PS if you have any issues with your feet you can consider custom insoles (definitely not required for ~heathy feet) -
2020 MS liners are good... but personally I like wraps more
-
164 is absolutely ok for you Sean ships boards worldwide, also you can have 29 or even 30 cm waist It also depends on your stance angles... In some cases 28 cm is not wide enough for size 14

I asked a guy Surefoot guy at Copper couple years ago; they definitely don't do softboots since foam pressure can destroy the boot, regarding hardboots he he told me NP PS instead of guessing I took @b.free recommendation; chose appropriate size according to ~detailed instruction on liner manufacturer web site. Done, I'm happy BUT I knew @b.free shell test and used it as a reference point to choose liner size then I just went to nearest ski shop to heat mold them

@Charlie2021 not sure which boot size you have; it it's not tool large, I'd try to avoid boards wider that 20cm -

F2 Elim is softboot board... love it... rode it in hardboots - it's too soft, you have babysit it in every turn... but still fun... I rode it for a season when broke alpine board -
