  1. https://www.severe-weather.eu/global-weather/snow-extent-northern-hemisphere-highest-56-years-winter-cold-rrc/ I thought the big mountain here in Steamboat was open early with more terrain than normal. So far, we have had, according to the mountain, over 63 inches of natural snow here..... Might be a good season all in all.
  2. MS boots liners do not have the same volume as the UPZs. If your feet aren't growing (I am guessing you are done there) and you are an actual 26.5 the MS team will suggest you go in the B shell. My son was an actual 27.5 in his UPZs, and he went in the C shell. Look at the chart, and be aware these are performance boots. My son ended up going to shurefoot and got injected molded liners as he has odd shaped feet, and this year he got a touchup, with shurefoot again (Amazing company as it cost nothing for the work this time) and he now can ride about 25 minutes full buckled and then one chair lift unbuckled and without pain. I don't know if this helped, but I will state, as fact, my son's times were noticeably faster when he switched over to these MS boots, so there is some voodoo with the "yellow boot club".

    SG Bindings

I am looking for SG bindings. My son races and uses SG and no others... This is why I am selling my other TDs in the for sale section....
  6. Still have several sets with choices for CANTs and Elastomers. PM and hit me up for first tracks as the hills will be open soon.
  7. Sweden made the decision to withdraw from hosting a Big Air World Cup event, which was scheduled to begin next month in Falun. The move to cancel the competition means that there will be no time to identify another host city and leaves just two freeski events on the World Cup calendar, with the competition to take place in Chur, Switzerland, and the United States’ Copper Mountain. Seems energy costs was their excuse. I feel for those who had this cancelled on them, as people train all year to be fit and competitive in these events.....
  8. I am familiar with those, and thanks for the updated info. I am not aware of newer CANTs for the newer style, but I imagine a 3D printer could make you up something easy enough. Do you know anyone with a 3D printer? The bolts would need to be longer as 3D material would not allow for bolting into that, so the bolts would go through like the original burton giant black pucks. I also suspect aluminum would be expensive and not sure you would want the weight... so 3D might be a good start. Hope this was helpful?
  9. I agree.. can you please put the question another way? F2 / SG bindings do the CANT under the heel and tow... TD series / old burton do the CANT under the binding itself and rotates for direction with set degree angle Catec's use screws to set angle for CANTs Many others as well.... We need more information on your bindings and what you are looking to do here....
  10. Not right this moment, as I want to sell the sets with the options. I will reach back out to you in a few weeks if I still have these.

  15. Due to my son's FIS racing, I have relocated temporarily to Colorado. The people here are just nuts with their trail bicycle riding. It seems great for cardio and quads, as an exercise, so maybe do trail mountain biking? Just don't hang with my group as they are just nuts.
  16. If you are looking for a used setup, be warry. Even the Burton stuff ages and breaks over time. I super guy on here gave me 2 sets of bindings, and 1 sets of boots, complete. I still thank him. They were the older burton step-on systems. Last year, the one set of boots cracked on the side of the left boot, so it would pull out of the bindings. I still liked them, and my youngest son LOVES them, so I went on ebay on bought 2 more sets of boots for this setup. One for me, and one for him. My right boot pulled out of the heel, and so my setup was no longer usable, while his boots, both of them, took everything he could throw at them. Ollies, jumps, whatever a 13 year old non-racer could think of. Basically, now he has two boards with those bindings, one set of good boots, and a spare for the left and right if needed, and if he didn't mind looking a bit odd. (different colors, etc) So, my advise is, if you get a used set, watch out for the older sets. The set that has ONLY metal flaps inserted into the soul of the boots can be problematic with a used set of Burtons. I will be looking into the newer set, where it connects differently in the newer step-on Burtons myself, but won't know how good those are till later this season. Hope that helps.
  17. Burton makes a setup. My youngest (13) loves them.... Very easy, and quick.. hold up to all the basic jumps / olie's and such.... he doesn't tax them like SBX would, but they seem to hold up fine without undue stress on the board... I don't know any other brands, and just to be different, Burton calls them "step on" rather than step in bindings. https://www.burton.com/us/en/content/step-on.html They are stiffer and act stiffer than soft boots, and getting up high on toe or heel are like hard boots due to the stiffness...
  18. Bump? No one has a Donek B1 they would let go?
  19. Not in the barrels: https://www.washingtonpost.com/climate-environment/2022/07/26/lake-mead-human-remains-drought/
  20. I have a WTB and Steven45 reached out to me... seems to be a member who is like 10 minutes old... "You can checked with Dave, he has it available. You can confirm from him, his contact is xxxxxxxxx I purchased items from him in the past and they arrived in top condition." I blanked out the phone number if this is legit, but I suspect otherwise.....
  21. Anyone thinning their quiver of one of these? They seem to carve well for me and a good all around board.
  22. Better really like that stance width.
