  1. I haven't been riding much the last few years so it might be time to thin the heard. 180cm JJA Cypress - ridden twice. I never spent enough time riding a board with a plate to become comfortable with the difference in feel. The board is in excellent condition. Includes the JJA plate and two 3 degree Bomber TD3 BP version base plates. I know some of the JJA's had issues with insert alignment and pull-out. I've played with the position of the plate and baseplates on multiple occasions and have never had any issues. I don't know which factory manufactured this board, but I do know it was in the first batch of boards made commercially available in the US. Serial number 0180 0158. Price $1050 OBRO + shipping or pick-up in Denver.
  2. Older style Apex carbon deck for sale. All hardware included. Front mount brackets are stainless steel for wear resistance. $250 CAD plus shipping or best offer.
  3. Hi All Got FG plate for sale. Made in Italy. Modus operandi is the same as vist, however the design is much better and more lean, ie less screws. In my vist the front sockets where the plate slide around get destroyed when the plate is working properly. This got eliminated in the FG plate. Can mount in three possible ways: Floating front Floating back Floating front and back and utilize vist inserts Price is 250 eur plus shipping. PayPal FF
  4. I have... 185cm Kessler built for the Canadian national team. Standard four bolt set at 52cm as well as upm bolts. Built for 185lbs rider. Storage wax every year plenty of edge left. $600 184cm Donek beta test board, noodle stick. Plenty of edge left and always waxed properly. Traditional four bolt set $400 Set of Trench Digger 3. Blue bases. Used vigorously but just a bulletproof binder. $200 First gen donek isolation plate. $50 27.5 mp UPZ 5 buckle RC10 boots creme color. $150 All prices are negotiable, no ridiculous offers other than the first gen plate. Will include with board if you want.
  5. Only used for about 10 days to test it for slalom, it was a early prototype that Freddy Ansara had before me and he barely used it as well, still very new. Upm pattern arms but you can change to allflex pattern too if you buy the parts from Henry. $400 obo
  6. Hi! Cleaning out the garage... time to sell various equipment! Prices & descriptions listed below. All prices in USD and exclude shipping & related costs (shipped from Whistler, Canada). Preference is to sell board & plate as package - this equipment was designed to ride together, and this gives you a chance to save on shipping. I'll cut a deal for purchases of more than 1 item. Ryan Kessler 185cm GS Board - $300 + Shipping Board is from 2011, and saw regular use (10-30 days/season) from 2011-2013. Since then it's been stored safely. I was the only owner of this board. This snowboard was considered the baseline flex pattern used by Canada Snowboard at the time, and is the same profile as Jasey's 2010 board. Board has UPM/Apex inserts, as well as a 4-hole pattern under the topsheet. Kessler 162cm SL Board - $400 + Shipping Board is from 2012, and saw regular use (10-30 days/season) from 2012-2013. Since then it's been stored safely. I was the second owner of this board, having purchased it from Matt Morison in excellent condition (only a partial season of use from him). Board has UPM/Apex inserts, as well as a 4-hole pattern. Vist Plate - $200 + Shipping Selling a vist plate from 2010-2011ish? This is one of their older models that splits down the middle (fits in your carry-on!). I fitted this plate with different screws, so no need to undo your bindings and remove 10 screws just to check/tighten your plate, only to have to reverse the process and then mount your bindings again... Just drop an allen key through the top plate holes, and you can tighten/remove the whole plate as pictured. The most convenient vist plate you've ever used! I may also have some extra sliding & locking hardware, so I can potentially toss those in as well. Apex V1 and V2 plates - $100 & $150 + Shipping I have 2x original V1 plate (as used by Jasey and the Canadian team in the lead-up and years following the Vancouver Olympics), as well as 1x V2 plate (shorter nose). These plates go great with the listed boards. This V2 plate is made with a balsa wood core, which is a bit lighter and stiffer than their usual plates. One of the V1 plates has a small hairline crack behind where the front binding was mounted (regular stance). I'm including some Lexan plates (stiff plastic sheets) that help distribute pressure and will prevent any future cracks. Quick note here - I only have two sets of UPM hardware available, but Apex sells individual sets and adapters to other mounting systems (Allflex, 4x4).
  7. I am looking for a set of Palmer PLS Shock riser plates. I am also looking for some Gecko Cross plates. These, I have never tried and would be looking used to save some money to try... Please send a PM thanks

Just not riding isolation plates anymore. . $300 shipped, each for the plates, and $50 for the Wunderbar in the lower 48, additional shipping to Canada and elsewhere. Only one Wunderbar, so first dibs gets it. ALL SOLD 4mm plate SOLD
  9. To celebrate the end of the summer and approach of a new spectacular (hopefully!) winter, some of the Boyz gathered at my deck. We made sacrifices to Snow Gods by burning dead animal flesh and free flowing of holy liquors. (no dogs were harmed in this ceremony) Ride-on!
  10. I am having some troubles with the boiler plate that I have just purchased. I am trying to bolt it up to my 185 Kessler with the UPM lower assembly. For some reason, the lower assembly will not bolt into all four of the holes on the board. It will only bolt into two bolts. My question is, is that correct for it to only bolt into 2 of the 4 bolts or should it be all 4?
  11. Hi - wondered if anyone had any real world data on the performance improvements one might achieve when using a plate on a board in a race course. I've been racing a couple of years (amateur weekend racing), and have not used a plate. We race on a slipped course, so mostly conditions are not too chopped up, although occasionally it can get bad. How much time improvement can I count on by using a plate? I've read that the turning radius increases with using a plate. Is this something that you get used to, and does it help or hinder?
