  1. Mt. Richthofen and Thunder Pass are a bit to the north of here. This is from south to north Mount Cumulus, Howard Mountain, Mount Cirrus and Lead Mountain.
  2. Never Summer Range in Rocky Mountain National Park. Spring splittin is off the charts. Pics taken June 9. Earn your turns!
  3. Prior 174 4wd splitty. Comes with skins and Bomber TD3 stepins. Very well maintained, no core shots, base in excellent condition. Pics to follow soon. $650 + ship.
  4. Can't imagine it lasting too long, it was my understanding the the ban was to be permanent, guessing some kind of computer screw up has accidentally allowed this to happen. Oh well, enjoy it while it last. Basin has already extended, they have more snow then they know what to do with over there. Backcounty will be good way into July and with a bit of luck probably August. With any luck, I will be able to get in some time on a new Donek Split proto yet this season. Think Snow!
  5. Snow has been relentless here in Colorado. Had a tour up into Rocky Mountain National Park today and all I can say is very impressive. The only time I have seen road cuts through the snow taller then what we have now is my year in Seattle when Mt. Baker broke 1200 inches. Backcountry opportunities are abundant but wet slab avalanche danger is extremely high. Break out your splitty and get it on. Earn your turns!
  6. Nah, I think Ill hang on just a bit longer just to irritate the hell out of you. Sure is a good thing that your around to keep everything in line.
  7. A**hole. Hey John, your one of them bitches that likes to change the rules to suit your needs especailly when things aren't working out your way aren't ya? Thats class dude.
  8. Hey John, I think that I will take you up on that. Oh, and by the way, **** off. There, that should be good for a life time banning. Think Snow!
  9. Seems the rules have already been changed, which one of the all powerfull mods have decided that the rules are now different than they were. Pretty frickin hosed isn't it? Ah, the power of the keyboard. Just rewrite the rules as the man behind the curtain sees fit, such bull****. Think Snow!
  10. The liftline thread and many other post were deleted by me for reasons that I am not obliged or required to divulge. My threads/post can be delete and edited as I wish. Sorry, but the rules are the rules. Think Snow!
  11. Ripped coats and slightly battered bodies are sometimes the price of admission. I have a seamstress whom I trade firewood for clothing repairs and I keep her quite busy all year long with logging and riding clothing destruction. I have taken a few good shots but at the saying goes, that which does not kill you! If you want to goods you have to pay the price. It isn't free and does require skill. Just because you own the board doesn't mean you can ride it. Think Snow!
  12. Yes, I do! It's the tracks that go into the places that your too scared to go. Thats of course when I am not levitating on my prototype hoverboard, no skill required to ride , should be a big hit with lots of folks here. Think Snow!
  13. Bluebird and perfect density chalk today at Keystone. Snow conditions are well above average for Keystone, coverage is excellent and the goom is quality. Think Snow!
  14. I'm not quite that stupid. Right tool for the job, ride a noboard or if your boneheaded enough a SL deck in the powder;but, the Turbo Fish is an unstoppable powder machine, big turns or small, tight trees or wide open high speed faces, I gaurentee that your not going to follow me. Try as you might. Think Snow!
  15. Yeah, your probably right. Think Snow!
  16. Rob, it's good to see that your following along and paying attention. I for one appreciate your keen grasp of the obvious. Thanks! Pretty sure that you wouldn't take your silly noboard to the places that I go, just saying thats all, don't get mad.;) Think Snow!
  17. Bluebird and 25f deg for the Basin tomorrow. President's day hordes are gone and the snow is excellent. Looks like we have the Basin back to ourselves for a bit until the spring break crowds begin to amass. Brother Hong is back in action and Zuma Bowl has the widest and steepest groomed to perfection lanes waiting just for us. Come on out and enjoy the sunshine while it last. Think Snow!
  18. Yeah, this set up is just horrible in powder, tight trees even worse, I would not recommend it to anyone! It will just drag you down and sink like a stone. Try something other than Cateks and that might just be your first step in the right direction. Think Snow!
  19. Mr. Azweepay, didn't I tell you to keep your hands off my lady friend. Actually, she is kinda pear shaped, a 14m tip and a generous 24m tail. Built for speed and performance. She is so good that even the Burners have been kicked aside. I am a one board man now, literally and figuratively. Only one other has had the privledge to ride the Redneck Rocket, my Pacific Islander brother from SOCAL took her for a spin and did not want to give her back! She is for real men only, step up to the plate if you have the stones. This one doesn't dissapoint. Thanks Donek, you built one hell of a sexy beast. Think Snow!
  20. Yeah, Happy Birthday Kevin. I am pretty sure that Kevin had a powder day today! Think Snow!
  21. Now, try this wide stance with a plate and feel the magic! I think I am pushing 21.5 to 22 inches when on plates with comfort! Think Snow!
  22. One of the best shapes ever shaped. What did Aspen rack up for a snow total from this now departed system? Think Snow!
