  1. Ladia, have a great time down south. I'm leaning towards my Coiler NSR 182.
  2. Anyone else going to ride this weekend at Squaw? (I love that I am trying to figure out, in July, what board to ride in Tahoe. )
  3. Great stuff. All the best to ya, Bruce, on your b-day.
  4. I think, as Scooby suggests, the built-for rider weight is the issue.
  5. Fantastic. My wife and I watched and loved it. Then, about 20 minutes later, it was being shown on one of the national morning news shows (e.g., Good Morning America).
  6. Nice video, Ace. Thanks for posting.
  7. Sunday (Sugarbowl's closing day). On my Kessler (Hangl, OS2). My buddy (soft boots) and I are riding up with a skier. Skier takes a long look at my board -- leans over the bar and gives it a FULL once over. Skier turns, looks up at me, and asks "are those ski boots?" "No."
  8. Thanks for the video, Martin. The final hit (money booter) was crazy; it's not like they were landing is cushy powder. Ugh.
  9. Something like a 150+ inch base at Sugar Bowl (Tahoe). Still riding... :)
  10. Fantastic. What's the water temp.?
  11. Petrol -- I hope you recover/PT goes well. Good vibes your way.
  12. Oh, man, when I got to the bottom at Squaw, the patrollers looked at me and said something like "um, you don't look so good." Best I can recall, I was near passing out from the pain; they had to carry me me into the medical room. (I also recall something about "looking green" [happy St. Patty's day, by the way].) And here I am thinking I'm a tough guy... Clearly not at tough as Kimo!
  13. I like my HEAD Stratum Pro. You can't beat the brand name - for a helmet -either.
  14. Wow -- when I broke my collarbone at Squaw a few years back, I got to enjoy bouncing down the mountain in the death sled w/o any medication... Heal fast Kimo!!!
  15. +1 - Sweet board, and boards come well packaged (protected) and fast from Shane.
  16. If I let my eyes go, not focusing on anything in particular, I see a pair of worn down mitts. Is that weird? What do others see?
  17. Cord. Wasn't even close for me. Is that bad? I don't feel dirty.
  18. Years ago I had a bad habit of catching my hands in gates, which resulted in two broken thumbs one season. I kept riding. But I'm, like, super tough and radical. And I looked silly with two hand brace thingies.
