2015 Deeluxe Track 700 questions

Hi all,

has anyone compared the new Track 700s (2015, black/white) to previous (red/white). I do remember, this model was changed a bit through the years.

I have a 2010-11 model and I am trying to compare it to the current one. Are they the same stiffness? How about fit? I love the fit of my current boots. At the time, they used to come with half size liners, so I am using Mondo 27 shell with 27.5 size liners and they fit great - that good, that my "soft" boots - Burton Driver X feel uncomfortable :).

Next - about the liners. I see that the new thermo flex liners are different. I wasn't too happy with the old ones - thin, packed very easy. How do they compare?

Please post some input.

Thanks!

The new liners (black or red, fuzzy inside) are much thicker than the old ones (black with a white honeycomb pattern on them). I never even rode once with the old ones, they were much too thin for my low-volume feet.

I bought a set of the new liners to put in my UPZ boots, so I can't comment on the Deeluxe boots themselves.

Great, thanks!

I do agree - the liners are a lot thicker than the old ones. As a mater of fact, for the past few years, I haven't even used the orginal Deeluxe liners. I replaced them with Scrapa and I have been very happy with them. I just got a pair of the new 700s and molded the liners. I will, try them on the slopes this week and see. They do fit tight though.
