Neil Gendzwill
If it's still crappy late next week maybe we should consider a venue switch.
Riceball
I'll be there tomorrow and will let you know. There is currently a heavy snowfall warning in affect for the Kananaskis area right now. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk

Corey
Soon... Please have good snow, please have good snow! By good, I mean firm groomers on North Axe and Gold Chair so this board can run free.
surlyguy
I'm out for sure. Tried the Monster at Fairmont over the holidays. Made it 300m down the slope before the ankle gave out and then had to be sledded down...grrr. I'm good for pizza and beer though.
Allee
That's not good. What's the prognosis - is this a surgery candidate or does it just need some R&R? Well, weather forecast looks good. Supposed to be +2 Friday, +3 Saturday and sunny. The groom might be firm indeed, Corey.

Riceball
Riceball, how was it on Saturday? Saturday was awesome. It was packed powder and cold so things should set up nicely for this coming weekend. Believe it or not, the temperatures are supposed to be hovering around 0C all weekend. Something must be wrong because we never get those numbers during NES!

Corey
Coiler details please. 175 EC board, 22 waist, extra junk in the trunk to carry my extra junk in the trunk. Corey
NES buy/sell/trade? I have some 3-degree TD3 cants, I'd love to trade for some 6-degree TD3 cants. Mine are in good working order, yours should be too. Anyone interested in trades? I'd also consider selling the cants. Selling: Size 27 Deeluxe Track 700 boots. Big toe areas have been punched, in good working condition with minor scuffs/scratches. Heel pads are nearing the end of their life. $300 with twice-molded Intuition liners. F2 Intec heels. Used for 1/2 season before I got FinTecs. I kept these as spares until I got a second set of FinTecs. $60. Buy both for $350. OBO.

Allee
If anyone needs a ride or wants to carpool, let me know. I can take a couple of people in my car.
SoloSteve
I am planning to bring the truck out on Friday so I have room for carpooling if needed as well. North Axe was great last weekend and with the additional snow and warm weather I am really looking forward to getting out again. Safe travels and see you all this weekend. Riceball
A friend of mine (Kevin) will likely be coming out this weekend for his first experience on plates. I have him trying on Darcy's UPZ 27.5 boots but am curious who else has some 27.5's he could try? Corey, are you bringing the Track 700's? surlyguy
Hey Steve, I have some Burton Winds he can try (good shape). Also I have your Burton plates. I'll run them out to you or you could swing through Marda loop on your way home one night.
Corey
I wasn't going to bring my Track 700 boots unless I've got a buyer. They take up lots of room in a suitcase!

surlyguy
The general concensus is "OMG this is so much harder than riding switch." By the way, I tried this with my AM board and it went poorly. My ankle still hurt but I was to scared to notice! I'm going to tell the physio to stop being nice and fix this pronto.
