Guest Frappe
It was great. Thanks a ton, John! Sorry I couldn't get to the dinner portion (definitely didn't see y'all when I got down to where you'd been parked, and figured it was fruitless to wander Beacon St. for "that food/bar place that's really good") He brought up a lot of interesting points about stance width, cant, height, stance, etc. etc. Quality time, and to those who were hoping for a video, I think the most useful part was his expert eye checking out our setups. You'd get something from a video, but not as much. See y'all on the hill.

Hollywood 90210
Thanks, John it was a very informative night. You gave me a lot of things to think about and try. I can't wait to get on the snow this weekend and give them a try. Glenn
fishrising
So, where is the next stop on the tour?
ncermak
I have offered up a room here in western Mass (Pittsfield) at the mountain (bousquet)...we would be able to chase immediate feedback on the hill. but we need to have a commitment on numbers to meet johns financial and travel needs. If people are interested, I'd love to get it set up ASAP, maybe between christmas and new years...

John Gilmour
IS there a Ski market that would be convenient for at least 5 people to meet in? I can surely get permission to use their place again. ________ MAZDA DEMIO HISTORY
jimcheen
There are S.M.'s in Danbury, Norwalk. and Manchester. I'm easily able to attend at these locations so you can count on at least one person. Jim C.
patmoore
The Ski Market in Manchester, CT isn't far from the intersections of I-91 and I-84. My boards are in VT. I'll bring them back to CT this weekend in case you're able to firm something up. Pat

John Gilmour
Any of you guys near Hotchkiss school? I could do a clinic near there for sure. ________ Cheap vaporizers
patmoore
I think the Hotchkiss School is in Lakeville in extreme NW CT. If that works for you I can do it but Ski Market in Manchester will likely attract a better turnout. In any event, I'm looking forward to gettting "dialed in"!! ncermak
The offer still stands to do Bousquet on the saturday the 8th...I just need to get it to 10 people. I think I have about 6lined up now...
jp1
My Vote: Danbury = 135 mi. / 2:30 , Lakeville = 170 mi. / 3:15 , would be the 2 closest for me. But being I work 2nd shift it would have to be on a weekend (Sat.1-8-05, would work) for me to attend.

Rob-CanCarve
For all of us that could not travel to this - it was my understanding that it was video taped. WHo has the video and would they make it available to the rest of us, so we can benefit from John's knowledge and experience. Any insight to who has it and how we can get it would be greatly appreciated Thanks Rob
