  1. http://www.bomberonline.com/VBulletin/showthread.php?t=12300 Read Fin's post.
  2. Hi guys I want to attend for a few days. Which days probably depends on the room I get. If someone is interested in sharing something please PM me. Thanks.
  3. Actually.... "Gapers" (should really be "gappers") are named for the gap between their hood and goggles.
  4. I like the first one, but I would change the layout. Don't divide it into quarters. Maybe you could have the top 2/3rds of the page split in two. On the left you would have the railroad, and on the right the carve picture. And on the bottom 1/3rd there would be the snowboard pic w/ all the specs + info. Edit: acutally, just use it as you have it, but combine the bottom half into one frame.
  5. Would you send me any one? My zip is 11801. Let me know how much you think it would be.
  6. If you were talking to me, yeah. Next year. I've never actually kite boarded but am willing to try.
  7. I'm up for it... I could put up 1-2 people at my house in Athens. :)

    Awesome

Thanks, I used to go to a Catholic school which had long hallways lined with these posters. This is the perfect antidote.
  9. If anyone is trying to read this, you need this plugin: http://www.e-filing.com/downloads/setup.exe
  10. It was standard. Last year there was a similar pattern which was replaced by this pattern. I would have actually preferred the old one.
  11. shipped it was US 638. That includes CAN $30 for for the custom template, since there weren't any templates for a 175 length FC. This was a "base model", without WCC or superboard construction. Bruce gave me the fast base free as it was the only he had left.
  12. I have my old ones (I replaced them with the urethane ones). Does $15 bucks seem about right? (I don't know the new cost is so someone tell me if I'm asking too much) They are worn a bit but not falling apart (1 season of 7 days). I'll get a pic if you want.

    Cell phone recs?

Treo 650. I don't know if they have a T-Mobile version, but you can get unlocked GSm phones.
  14. cfj: Maybe I'll take you up on that later on if you still have it, I can't afford anything right now. Thanks Tex.
  15. was the board custom made for you? If so, why does it matter how little you weigh?
  16. I am taking my sister boarding tomorrow and I have 3 boards to give her: an Alp 164, Amp 6.0, and Liquid Arc 164. She weighs 112lbs. We flexed the boards. The Alp, which has only been used once, is the stiffest. The others are used more, and they both were a bit softer, about the same between them. I think the correct board would be the Amp... it's the shortest, but still almost as tall as she is. She'll probably be using softboots.
  17. At least you hit sideways... (those were softboots, right?)
  18. Couldn't have been that bad then ;)
  19. yes... in fact the footbed is even more important than the liner.
  20. Wait a minute, Why all the deletions? This isn't fair to me or anyone else viewing this thread. snowspeedster: Well, will SOMEBODY take them and hang onto them for another 50 years??? By then, Bryan's future kids (who will have inherited www.oldsnowboards.com) will pay big bucks for them! :) Old Snwoboards: I have yet to see a thread that is begging to be deleted more than this one. Please, "pull the plug" and put it out of it's missery!! Dsub: quite replying to it then? seems logical. Old snowboads: dave, you are such a putz old snowboards: Quite? Or quiet? Or QUIT already?
  21. Since I see there is continued interest in these bindings, here is a picture of them from 15 minutes ago. Enjoy!
