  1. wlasnie wrocilem z Alp. ;p
  2. Ok i am a bit more optimistic now. Alps are helping! sorry for my previous post. Anybody is thinking to go to ECES? Przemek
  3. I am bit pessimistic about that whole carving nonsence.<o></o> It feels a bit like a dream from the past. <o></o> But yeah I will go to Vt couple times and maybe some kaatskill, <o></o> Alps for new year and maybe some west. <o></o> Not teaching in Windham anymore way too boring.<o></o> Not racing nationals, (I won my division GS last two years but not going to go to open not enough practice) <o></o> Maybe I will go more snowkiting this season instead.<o></o> <o>See you on the slope! </o>
  4. Have you guys seen this? I think it was going to be all around board but looks like racing/carving deck. Any opinions? http://www.cheetahultrasports.net/whip.html
  5. 2007 Tanker 177 for sale. I rode it 4 times and did a few jumps around my ski house. Thare are few skraches on the bottom but nothing close to the edge. I will bring more detiled photos after weekend. Make an offer. Przemek
  6. http://www.thundercloudmarketing.com/FreePage21.htm Only gloves that last a seeson for me, anything else is just a matter of days. (i EC hard) and the price is great, get the long ones. P
  7. I will take for 300 $ plus shipping, what do you think?
  8. I am sure Bruce has a tamplate :) Great deck, but slightly shorter then tipical carver and maybe a little on wide side. I agree with Shred tanker is tottaly different animal. i use tankers off trail coiler and swoard for groomers, Dont get me wrong i carve on tanker but it would be only 50 to 70 % of coiler performance depend on snow.
  9. Yes on liftline that was me and my little brother. It was only steep slope at stowe we could find. Comparing to sword, it was 170 something, soft flex, from 4 or 5 years ago, compering to coiler it was much softer, it was good and bad i feel like i could bend it more on steeps where there was no ice, Coiler cuts better thru ice and all kind of stuff but i am having a little harder time if i want to push it very hard on steeps. Colier is more about locking to its own path, Swoard i could push to do whatever. The most important diffrence is that coiler is tween tips and i can ride switch on it, swoard got delaminated in the process:) PRZ.
  10. It is symerical, only clue is that inserts are few inches towards one end, so this is a tail. Only time when you need to know is when you mounting your bindings, anyway.
  11. Acha i forgot about graphics!! I had some plans to put tons of pink roses on it maybe you have seen my post some time ago, but i run out of time and i decided to go super simple and suprisingly i really enyoy it simple apperance, TD2s look great on black matt background. (it is accualy glossy but i still have a protective foil on it;)
  12. HI Here is my stchuby, It is metal construction symetrical, twin tip design. 165 with 13 side cut. Made by Bruce of course. 23 wide. I love this board, it carves so well, and becouse short lenght you could do a lot of little carving trics on this 180s 360s, it carves switch well. Jumps are great as well. It is easy to put it on the nose and rotate to switch, squere shape is not a problem. Only consequence of going squere is a little more difficult to initiate skid turns (at least it is my impresion) that thing want to carve all the time. But i dont want to skid anyway right? Only things that i am not sure abut is the stiffnes i used to ride softer boards and it seems that this one performes extreemly well for angulated racecarving technique but if i want to EC on steep it could be a tad softer so i could load the nose a bit more. It performes off trail ok, a lot of float in powder, suprisingly squere front is not a problem, but it is too stiff to realy anjoy it off piste i would rather take my tanker:)
  13. I LOVE STEEPS, if there would be no steeps i would rather go to park ;) There is this absolutely incredible feeling when you initiate toe side turn and you trow your body downhill and your board is on downhill edge behind you. Then somehow it comes around, like a magic. I understand there are people comfortable on blues but if you never try this you are missing half of the fun. In my book Greens and blues are for carving switch, 360s and goof around. Also it is very hard to EC if there is not enough pitch. Przemek
  14. Looking to buy tanker 172 in decent condition Thanks
  15. Yep my new schtubby, Coiler, tween tip is wider and even more squere looking than this, I LOVE it it works so good on groomers, crud,, small bumps but for powder i still prefer tanker for softer flex but stubby it is still decent I will get some pictures and post it as a separate thred this board deserve it.
