  1. my dad does shopping. mom cooks, dad does dishes, laundry and some other stuff. Its kind of even, not too sure. When I left for college, my parents told me they started cooking maybe once a week. They'll cook for me when I come home. Most of the food is usually a mix of russian and regular american food. I'm not a huge fan of russian food, defintily an aquired taste that I lost long ago. I still loooove caviar
  2. my cooking consists of peanut butter and jelly as well as picking up the phone and calling take out....OOO! almost forgot, i also make a mean cup of "Cup of Noodles." I lived off that stuff for a little while, especially now that my meal card ran out one cup of noodles has 50% DV of salt.
  3. i dont know, there still might be lakes. I just got my kiteboard from Joel and he is in glenwood springs. No clue where it is in relation to anything out there.
  4. lol! aright you got it. Yep I'm defintly a post whore. I never really cared bout my count though. Its just something to do between classes instead of studying. In the summer though, i got no time to do anything except work, school and alot of beach time., hopefully.
  5. 1001st post!!!! Really? why would people really care about post count? He likes to participate in the forums alot. For me, I'm usually near a computer doing school work or just hanging around the dorms and I'm able to post alot. Oh well. no reward for 100th post cuz it was a double post;)
  6. i already mentioned canon. It defintly is a hidden jem. I didn't really know about it till this year. You see the hardbooter poster at the lift ticket counter?
  7. i'm sorry to hear that willy:( so young too.
  8. well this thread isn't only about relationships. what else can we complain about? I wouldn't call myself a complainer at all but I really don't like biology. Everytime i take a test for bio its similar to sticking toothpicks under my fingernails.
  9. wow a week. No way is this thread dying!
  10. what do you mean if i look like it? that is me:D they modeled zengeif after me even though i was like 5 when they made the game. I usually go to the mtn looking like the way i do in my profile. The cane always helps out.
  11. defintly looks chilly. I can't wait to begin. Unfortunatly its a long 2 weeks ahead. Last final for me is in two thursdays and all i know is that its going to be the thirstiest thursday ever for me. Also, i really like the black shells with the red buckels. Looking mighty spiffy. Just got a $75 parking ticket
  12. how much are those going for? unless i strike oil or find a bar of gold in the summer, my boots are the last thing to get upgraded. I need a long summer to get enough $ for all the stuff I'm getting.
  13. oh my god! it is my dream to do that!!! Just to catch someone in the act of stealing my board... "Oh i thought it was mi..." (he wouldn't have time to finish that sentence)
  14. well then you're all set. I'm sure there are plenty of lakes around there. plus, u can use a kite on a snowboard in the winter. :)
  15. ya i know. I just noticed that sometimes people get pretty protective of the best hidden mountains for some reason. I never understood it. Looks like I gotta take a trip out to BC sometime. I only heard of mt washington in BC other than whistler. For the northeast, I'd give Cannon a try as a hidden jem. its over shadowed by Loon because Loon is the first larger mountain outside of boston. Cannon is 5 minutes down the highway and is never packed, from what I heard. Ive only been there on a weekday ($25 for students) and there were a few godly trails for carving. Awesome views too.
  16. Wow...it takes a big man to say that you're wrong. Anywhooo.... Even though I only had one season on my board so far, I'm looking to do USASA, either boarder X or slalom in the next year. This next season will be my only year to really give it a full go because school gets too tough to go to the mountain often. I can't wait to start up. Also doing the local nastar for kicks too. Good luck mopoet!
  17. LOL!!!! mullets!!! god damn that amazing! I got some good ones but they're on my other comp.
  18. Last night I was hanging out with one of my friends at one of his friends' house. Late in the night some how we got on to one of my favorite topics...snowboarding. I mentioned I alpine and all of the sudden one of the guys that lives there was like, "Holy ****! I just got an alpine board but have no clue where to get anything else." I gladly showed him BOL so he could get some boots and insight. I looked at his board and wow is all I gotta say. That thing looked vintage. It was a pretty well fermented Rossi with some weird latch bindings that I've never seen. It seemed in perfect condition though. I'll get a picture soon. If that board isn't good to learn on, I'll just let him use my Ultra Prime. Its treated me well. Now back to your regularly scheduled program.
  19. thats defintly not a good way to a riding career. My friend's board was stolen when we went in to get lift tickets. On the video, it was some punk kids that were probably with a school group. It really ruined our night and defintly her season. Luckily, I only had my mountain dew give a way skis that night because my Burton Winds were still getting stretched out. Next season, I'll have an F2 with TD2s so I'll be defintly locking it up.
  20. Bob...i hate you:D ebay is seriously calling your name. Or the classifieds.
  21. i doubt many people will post about their "secret resorts" I'm all ears though:lurk:
  22. sounds like your average mountain to me. You gotta learn to survive with street smarts and kung fu.
  23. wow this conversation went waaaaay over my head:rolleyes:
