A moderatley priced local sam adams? Within a few weeks, I'll only be able to afford some Pabst Blue Ribbon, but who cares, it gets you drunk. I used to be a big fan of Guinness for just relaxing, but now its too bitter for me. I'll stick with my Heineken for now. I don't know too much about the microbrewers out here but I know you guys out west have dozens of them per square mile so my hat goes off to you. I'm pretty excited for my visit out west.

to go big and stiff, you don't need to go custom. I believe the Undertaker comes in a 198 and they go for pretty cheap. I don't know bout its stiffnestt though. I know you can definitely rip it up on a soft setup but I guess the transitions are tougher. I don't really know since I went from skiing to alpine. Also, consider using ski boots if you're looking for a really solid bumpy ride. AkBoarder, see ya around the cape this summer. Its gonna be a hot one.

Thanks for the reply. I'll be looking into all of those and see what suits me best. Also, Glenn has offered to introduce me to the world of skateboarding so hopefully that will open a few windows for me. I'm pretty psyced for it.

Wachusett Mtn also requires you to buy a park pass for $5 and they make you watch a video too. Thats the way to go. Keeping parks around is in our best interests. It keeps more people on one trail and leaves the rest for us.

Good points from everyone but its still his fault for not following procedure. Doing a run through the park to inspect kickers and landings is as standard as clipping into your bindings. Its something that you have to do, no questions about it. And if you don't, your IQ drops a couple of dozen points. No one forced him to go off the jump, I think its simple as that. I do appreicate bumpyride's point of view, but is there some meaning behind "Ski/ride at your own risk" that I'm missing?

Cases like that and laws like described by bumpy ride make me want to gouge my eyes out. So what are you expected to do with a trampoline? Pack it away everyday? Getting a Carveboard in a few weeks after finals. What do you guys recommend for a pumping board for me. I'm 5'11'' 175 lbs. We got some killer bike paths for pumping here.

hell ya! the surf black is the topsheet design contest winner from last summer. I'm holding off buying any new boards for a long while. Maybe if something in the classifieds catches my eye. I wanna hear some reviews of all their boards when the time comes.

Don't know much about houston but that site is pretty accurate from what I heard. Interesting stuff on it. The "most educated" ranking lists 3 cities/towns in MA that are all next to each other. Its because after college, people don't leave boston for a while. Boston ranks high up there on the singles ranking too. Don't know if thats good or bad.
