Not as good as you guys have it but here is what i saw today at loon:

Best of luck enzo. Today was one of my best day of the season. Got there for first chair and conditions were killer! It became icy around 2 but then got nice again. Stayed on the kancamangus (?) quad all day. It was kind of crowded for a monday though. See ya guys friday and sunday.

I quoted it so people have to look at it again when scrolling down =P Keep on pumping the percs heal fast. Anyone know how bad it is to ride in walk mode on UPZs? I rode my burton winds in walk all the time and had no prob. But that was when I wasn't really able to put alot of force into my carves. The UPZs are holding up fine when I flip it into walk. I usually do that when I get tired/lazy since its easier to make fluid carves in soft snow. I know I put alot of stress on them this year since I was able to snap some clasps carving in the godliest hard pack you can imagine.

def did! Took it easy to ride in powder the next day. Was it worth it...probably not. I got trashed the night before and boston was just a complete zoo. The cops couldnt even keep up with the noise complaints. edit: Oh ****! I'm the 2000th post! Whose up for a full 60+ page recap?

Weird how you posted this at pretty much the same time as my breakthrough with dropping the hip and all. I heard this is also the way you're supposed to ride when on ice. Thats definitly a no go for me as I found out today. Got one carve in and the rest of the ice was bullet proof for me. Thank god its snowing now.

being drunk and driving 2 and a half hours...ya...I'm gona do my best to drink enough tonight to make me not want to drink tomorrow. I'll miss the parade though but no biggie. If I want to see drunk people marching down the street, I'll just throw a kegger and call the cops on myself. That reminds me, gotta go return my kegs to get some gas money. edit: While typing this, I just convinced myself to be there sunday. Count me in :D

The way the weather is looking right now, I'll try to make it for sunday...if i'm not too drunk . I ment to go last saturday but went to okemo with a friend instead. Kick some ass tomorrow.

If i dont have to cover for my roommate, I'll be there bring and early. Being the retard I am, I went today before the snow came. Pure ice. Left at 12:30, got home to boston at 5:45. dozen accidents between exit 1 and 10 on 93. More than half included 4 wheel drive suvs/trucks. People gotta understand that ya sure you have 4wd, but everyone has 4 wheel brakes... horrible day.

On the bigger mountains around here, i usually wear a backpack because it goes along way in protecting you from impacts. Also, I don't trust my stuff in the lodge because with my luck, it will get stolen, so why not just bring it with me.

plenty of lodging at loon. My friends were there for 2 nights this past week. $120 per person for 2 nights and a lift ticket.

Loon because they have some killer carving trails although Killington does too. I know there is also tons of carvers at Loon including a race program for High School kids. I'd stay clear of waterville because their carving trails are not as good as loon's. I think that Killington will draw more people because people from New York and Dirty Jers can get there faster than Loon. What week are you aiming for?

Let me know how the conditions are. If there is still plenty of slush, count me in on friday. The Silberpfeil handles the slush so well, its a different type of carving which feels great. Have fun tonight!

ya its kinda true but only for this year. This year I just wanted to sample as many boards as I can to help me decide what I really want in a board. It did make me go broke pretty quickly though. I've used my all my boards this season. I rode the hell out of my Madd BX where now its actually more flexible than my Oxygen. I think when I put my conshox on it, it'll be back to life. I believe it was previously in the demo fleet so it was pretty used up by the time I got it. Good luck finding someone to give up their 180. By the looks of it, people hold on to them and for good reason too.

I'll be getting my 170 thanksgiving :)

this past week a guy at loon said, "Oh i used to have one of the original F2 boards...too bad its a dead sport." I just laugh and carve away.

I think hot tub in the snow is way better. Only did it once at sunday river. Good weekend.

ya I'm pretty psyced for summer. I'll probably be on the cape alot in dennis port where my friend lives.
