  1. Definitly get the 228 CMC SG. That's over 7' of board! Better value that way. It's like shopping at Costco.
  2. It's been sold. Thanks for all the interest.
  3. I have a like new Burner 188 with a PTC tune on it. The base is flawless and the topsheet is near perfect. It is the green/white topsheet. I am looking for $450 for it. Please email me at ben -at- bogeydog -dot- net if you are interested. Thanks, ->Ben
  4. Just push it out from the bottom. It's not glued in there. Just pressed into the plastic. ->Ben
  5. There were a bunch of 3800s at the building 19 in Nashua. There were mostly 163s but some 158s. There were a couple of the 169s but they are all gone. ->Ben
  6. I swear that those are molded in M5 tee nuts. You have to push them past the molded plastic lip on the boot to get them out. Also, they are not very hard to get in the North America at www.mcmaster.com. But I would evaluate the plastic on the boot to dtermine if there is enough before going with a repair. Also, make sure that you get stainless bolts. But I think you can only get zinc coated tee-nuts. Stainless metric ones are next to imposible to get. ->Ben
  7. Just thread an M5 bolt into what is left of the tee-nut and then pund on the head of the bolt from the bottom of the boot and the tee nut will pop out into the boot. I have done this on mine before. Then get some new Intec heels that will come with new tee nuts and get new stainless bolts the onces that come with the Intec aparently are not stainless. If your bolts have corroded I bet it's time for new heels anyway. The bolts are M5 x 20mm phillips BTW and I think you can get them at your local ACE. If not, they are part numer 92000A328 at www.mcmaster.com. Usually, the deformation that you see is the head of the tee-nut that has been bent by slowly tighening of the bolt over the the years. New heels, new tee-nuts and new bolts and you'll be all set. ->Ben
  8. Oh, those are easy. Part # 92125A282 at www.mcmaster.com. 25 for $10.32 ->Ben
  9. All the bolts on the TD2 are stainless steel. The M6 that hold the binding to the board are custom as are the toe and heel bail screws. The M8 that hold the top plate to the cants are standard and you can buy a bunch of them online if you want. The shoulder bolts on the ti bindings are of course, titanium!

    I'm not afraid to say that I'm a little sore. I think the leg will hurt the rest of my life so I'm just going for it. No worries, not limping today. Just have to stretch it out good. I'll see how 3 days at the 'loaf will work for me.
  12. I have a brand new pair of Burton Fires in an MP 27.5 I am looking for $200 plus shipping. I think I can get them to the lower 48 for $15. Please email me at ben -at- bogeydog -dot- net if you are interested in them. Thanks, ->Ben
  13. Well, I don't think that you'll find it at the Depot since they sell very little metric screws and even fewer stainless ones at that. If you have an ACE hardware in town they may have it as they have a good selection of stainless metric screws. What you are looking for it a Phillips M6 x 8mm screw. It's part number 92000A417 at www.mcmaster.com. They are $8.82 for a pack of 50 screws. They also take a #3 phillips driver too. Attached is drawing of the actual screw that you are looking for. BTW, I stole the picture of the web from the mcmaster web site for the screw that you need. Regards, ->Ben
  14. I checked the Carver's Almanac and they don't have the part number. It has to be an M6 in order to thread into the inserts on the board so I have that much. But if you can measure the length of the threaded part as shown in the attached photo I can give you the part number from McMaster Carr that you need. My guess is it's going to be an 8mm. But that's a guess from counting the threads in your picture. ->Ben
  15. Ahhh, I see that now. I don't know why I was thinking about the boot. As for the universal cant it has to be some sort of M6 stainless bolt. If you can take a picture of the middle section on that cant I can take a guess at what you would need. ->Be
  16. Barry, which boots are you looking for the screws for? If its the Fires they are M5 and I can send you some that I used in mine. See here: http://www.bogeydog.net/pics/album21/DSC_0014 On the boot in on the right of the picture you can see the hex cap bolt that I used. ->Ben
  17. I'm guessing that these are no longer made and can't be found?
  18. Here is a picture I found on their web site. Anyone? ->Ben
  19. Actually, I have a lot of coverage from 4-5PM this afternoon. I'll see if I can get it off my DVR for you.
