  1. Must be getting old... I'm getting cold now mainly in my boots. Should I go with heated footbeds or heated socks? I'm confortable with my current footbed, custom footbed made at Stratton during ECES. I'm afraid that I would lose confort with a non custom footbed. Doesn't heated socks much more fragile? Does it break after too many wash if youre not extra careful? What do you recommend ? Anyone have tried both?

  3. Très belles conditions hier soir ! Ce devrait être superbe ce soir aussi
  4. Très belles conditions ce soir en plus de carver avec du bon monde !
  5. De quoi on l'air les conditions récemment?
  6. Watch out for weight! I've had a bag that was heavy even if empty. At my last SES, when leaving Aspen, they were pretty strict on the weight and they made people remove stuff from the luggage...no way to pay for extra weight! So now, I use a smaller and lighter bag and bring less stuff. Forgot to mention that i was flying out of Denver ( not aspen) . If you travel by car then the weight is not an issue.
  7. I switched this summer from rc10 ( 2014) to rc11, i have not used them on snow yet but i love the way the tongue move to allow easy entrance. It's strange but i feel they are thighter then my old ones even if I'm using the same intuition liner.
  8. I've been using wrap liner before, the luxury is a tongue liner with a lace. I'm pulling hard on the lace and it acts as the heel harness so no heel lift fot me. In my previous post i should have put that i did NOT go the the zipfit way.
  9. I'm quite happy with intuition luxury liner, I pulled like crazy on the lace to keep my heels in place. Luxury mondo 27 medium in upz 26.5 shell. I looked at zipfit but was told on this forum that they were not warm at all, since I ride in Quebec I did go that way. Same thing with upz liner, good fit but not warm, that was with rc10. Anyone know if rc11 liner are warmer?
  10. As mentioned before, I did use the rice sock method, I was fitting an intuition Luxury 27 medium density in a 26-26,5 upz rc10 shell. I was using the oven method before with no problem but this time since it was a big liner in a smaller shell, I change the way I was doing it after discussing with the intuition guy. Also, no problem with the Intel heel cable, while the liner not being as hot as with the oven way, there is a small gauge inthe liner where the cable stands.
  11. I did as described on intuition web site with no problem except over cooking the rice a bit : bad smell ! I did one liner a second time on a specific spot, so you use less rice and don't have to cook the whole liner as with the oven method.
  12. Anyone tried the Fuse model? It will be my first year with softboots. I bought Burton Photon boots ans was looking to the Flow NX2 and Fuse models. I'll use my soft gear on pow days only and since I'm at 165 pounds I think a softer bindings like the Fuse would fit my needs better. Any thoughts ?
  13. Je suis en vacances du 3 au 19 A partir du 21 pour moi
  14. UPZ RC10 26.5 with Palau Overlap Hard liner. SOLD Black and red tongues included. Heels in very good condition as I was using my intec Heels 220USD + shipping
  15. Pureboarding are selling their bindings ( Burton model) UPZ are selling the snowpro bindings. SG and Kessler too have their own I'very seen somewhere that the Swoard guys are doing their own too but nothing on their website site yet.
  16. For the first time I'm considering softboots. My last powder day was not so fun even when riding a dynastar 3800 163 with old blax bindings ( soft) and my upz in walk mode. Only small-medium moguls of wet snow. Find myself always in counter rotation when my friend was cruising easily on his fullbag board with soft boots.
